In this video I showcase the Nokia 5700 XpressMusic from 2007. The Nokia 5700 XpressMusic, as the name says, is a Nokia phone from their highly successful XpressMusic line of music oriented phones. The most interesting thing about this phone is its form factor, which is called a Swivel phone. The phone's bottom half can rotate 270 degrees to move the camera from the rear to the front for video calling and also to bring the physical music controls to the front, a very interesting design which Nokia used for some other phones as well such as the Nokia N93. Its from a time when Nokia was experimenting with weird designs and had similar phones to it like the Nokia 5510, Nokia N-GAGE, Nokia N93..etc. I bought this 5700XM for a mere $27 ish which is an amazing deal as the Nokia 5700 XM is an extremely rare phone. It runs good old Nokia Symbian and has Nokia's classic interface. Its also considered as a rare collectors item at this age and since I am phone collector with a massive phone collection, having this phone was a must. I have not done a Nokia 5700 XpressMusic unboxing but this will definitely count as a Nokia 5700 XpressMusic review. Welcome back to another video from my "Cheapest" playlist, featuring the cheapest phones I can find online. In today's video, the cheapest Nokia 6790 Surge that I found on eBay. These phones usually go for above $100 online so this is definitely a deal. The Nokia 6790 Surge or the Nokia 6760 Slide were released in 2009 as carrier only devices in the US. They are pretty rare and feature an unusual asymmetrical design. They are quite similar and the only difference being that the 6760 Slide has a slightly better camera than the 6790 Surge which also was on AT&T only. They both are quite tiny and fit comfortably in the palm of your hand. It ran Nokia Symbian S60 3.2 and was mainly focused on texting and social media. It also had a great Nokia battery life which was brought about by its unusually large battery, the Nokia BP-4L which was also found in ultra premium phones like the Nokia N97. I finally got my hands on an Apple Newton H1000! Iv always wanted one of these since I was a kid and its finally here! Its for my ever growing collection of vintage phones and devices from the past. I got it on an eBay auction for a mere $61 and its in amazing condition for being 27 years old. The Apple Newton was a message pad like device released by Apple in 1993 and is the spiritual predecessor to the iPhone and the iPad. Its resistive touchscreen was used to take notes and write contacts in. It ran on 4 AAA batteries and was not soo popular due to its high price back in the day.
