C2 Mathematics: Finding 'x' and the Area of the Triangle (with 2 lengths and an angle)
In this video I demonstrate to you how to solve a typical C2 mathematics problem. I show you how to find the value of 'x' and also the area of an irregular triangle when you are given two lengths and one angle. I do this using the Sine Rule and also the formula to find areas of irregular triangles.

Pi Approximation Trick - Calculator - Derived Using Pythagoras's Theorem
1. First get yourself some graphing paper.
2. Draw a circle with a radius 1, emanating from the point (0,0) on your graphing paper.
3. Join the points (1,0) and (0,1) up with a line using a pen or pencil.
4. This line should be √2 in length.

In this video I explain what happens when the addition rule is applied to mutually exclusive events and when the multiplication rule is applied to independent events.

In this video, I show you how to find the least common multiple of a pair of numbers by breaking them down into their prime factors and correctly categorising them within venn diagrams. Once these prime factors have been stored within a venn diagram, we can then multiply them by each other to derive the correct result. As a bonus, I demonstrate how you can double check your final result with the use of the graphing app, Desmos.
