Based on the first few batches, a temperature between 85F and 90F seems to be ideal during the germinating and stacking process for sunflower microgreens. The goal is to achieve a reliable, repeatable 9 days from seed to harvest, and also to reduce the number of hulls that need to be picked off of the microgreens.

This timetable worked well, although I would not say it is optimal. It is a trial run in a larger series of tests to see what conditions grow the best sunflower microgreens in an automated flood and drain hydroponic system.
