On June 3, the Ministry of Defense of Russia reported that events dedicated to the 45th anniversary of the formation of this military formation were held in the 1st Guards Mobile Brigade of the Russian Chemical Defense Combine.

The latest TOS-3 flamethrower has a significantly reduced combat kit, as the Soviet TOS-1 "Buratino" and the Russian TOS-1A "Solncepek" have 30 and 24 launch tubes, respectively, while the TOS-2 "Tosočka" wheeled multi-barrel missile system there are only 18 launch tubes on the launcher, and the latest TOS-3 rocket launcher has only fifteen.
By reducing the number of launch tubes and the number of missiles in the combat kit, the mass of the system is reduced, and the efficiency, maneuverability and combat toughness are increased due to greater mobility.
The new Russian TOS-3 "Dragon" rocket launcher uses the same modern ammunition as the TOS-2 "Tosočka" multi-barrel rocket launcher and the new TBS-M3 thermobaric rockets with increased destructive power and an increased range of 10-15 km.
Ministarstvo odbrane Rusije je 3. juna izvestilo da su u 1. gardijskoj mobilnoj brigadi Ruskog kombinata hemijske odbrane održani događaji posvećeni 45. godišnjici formiranja ove vojne formacije.
Tokom ovog događaja, prisutnima je predstavljeno kako postojeće naoružanje, tako i najnovije naoružanje, pa je tako prikazan novi višecevni lanser raketa na tenkovskoj šasiji nazvan TOS-3 „Zmaj“ sa oznakom da je u pitanju teški bacač plamena.
Ovaj sistem naoružanja ima lanser sa 15 raketa kalibra 220 mm dok se rezervni borbeni komplet nalazi u u zadnjem delu lansera na rotirajućoj platformi radi brže dopune borbenog kompleta, što ga znatno razlikuje od ostalih ruskih bacača plamena ovog tipa.
Kod najnovijeg bacača plamena TOS-3 je značajno smanjen borbeni komplet, pošto sovjetski TOS-1 „Buratino“ i ruski TOS-1A „Solncepek“, imaju 30, odnosno 24 lansirne cevi, dok višecevni raketni sistem TOS-2 „Tosočka“ na točkovima ima samo 18 lansirnih cevi na lanseru, a najnoviji lanser raketa TOS-3 ima samo petnaest.
Smanjenjem broja lansirnih cevi i broja raketa u borbenom kompletu se smanjuje masa sistema, a povećava se efikasnost, manevarska sposobnost i borbena žilavost zbog veće pokretljivosti.
Novi ruski bacač raketa TOS-3 „Zmaj“ koristi istu savremenu municiju kao višecevni bacač raketa TOS-2 „Tosočka“ i nove termobarične rakete TBS-M3 povećane razorne moći i povećanog dometa od 10-15 km.

Two years earlier, in the brochures of the company "Jugoimport", which were distributed at the arms and military equipment fair "Partner 2015", which clearly indicated the project for the development of the new "Supergaleb" G-4M and its assault version G-5.
Later, it was found out in the text of Miroslav Lazanski given to the newspaper "Politika" that in 2012, the Serbian delegation offered the United Arab Emirates the joint development of a school-fighting aircraft of the LIFT category, ie (Lead In Fighter Trainer).
For this project, the Arabs were offered three types of aircraft that could be used for pilot training and combat operations, and they are:
Turboprop training aircraft "Kobac", which is used in the basic version as an apparatus for anti-terrorist and anti-guerrilla actions and which, according to Miroslav Lazanski, is one of the top such aircraft in its tactical and technological characteristics after the Brazilian Super Tucan and American AT-6 Wolvorine.
The COIN "Kobac" plane, as a low-risk project, made an excellent offer, because it represented the evolution of the "Lasta" school fighter plane.
The second type of domestic aircraft offered to the Emirates was a modernized version of the Orao attack aircraft, a two-seater NJ-22 variant with built-in avionics of a new generation to be a LIFT (Lead in Fighting Trainer) aircraft.
The third project for the development of a training fighter aircraft in the LIFT variant offered by the Serbian delegation to the Emirates was the project of the Yugoslav supersonic multi-purpose fighter aircraft of the fourth generation of the project name "New Aircraft".
All the necessary tests in the wind tunnels in Žarkovo have been completed. The brands of four engines were also analyzed: Snecma, Rolls-Royce, General Dynamics and Pratt & Whitney, as well as three types of air intakes and several types of radar: the French Thompson CSF, the British Ferranti and the Swedish Ericsson. The optimal aerodynamic concept was defined, and the plane itself was in fact a copy of the French "Rafale".

The Deputy Minister of Defense in charge of material resources, Nenad Miloradović, stated yesterday that the first officers of the Air Force and Air Defense are already in France for training in handling and basic maintenance of these radars.
Yesterday it was also said that 22 radars were acquired from the French company "Thales", namely Ground Smarter 40, Ground Master 200 and Ground Master 400 radars.
Ground Master 60 type radars have not been purchased from the French company "Thales" for now.
What is known for sure is that four GM 400 type radars, six GM200 type radars, and twelve GS40 type radars were purchased from the aforementioned French company.
The most powerful radar of the Ground Master 400 type was purchased in the ALFA version, which can work from a truck, that is, it is a mobile version of that radar, and Serbia is one of the few that bought that version of this type of radar.
The Thales GM200 type radars will serve primarily in anti-aircraft defense units, where they will replace the old Soviet surveillance-acquisition radar P15, which is going into a well-deserved retirement.
The smallest radars of the Ground Smarter 40 type, most of which were purchased, will be mounted on a domestic all-terrain vehicle, which will represent the command post of the battery commander of the artillery-missile units for anti-aircraft operations, that is, for the air defense corps.
Na jučerašnjem prikazu nabavljenih jurišno-desantnih helikoptera Mi-35P kupljenih od nacionalne garde Kipra, šira javnost je saznala da je počela isporuka francuskih radara kompanije “Thales” i da se prvi radar tipa Ground Master 400 već nalazi u Srbiji, a da se dopremanje drugog radara očekuje do kraja godine.

Talesovi radari tipa GM200 će služiti prevashodno u jedinicama protivvazduhoplovne odbrane u kojima će zameniti stari sovjetski osmatračko-akvizicijski radar P15 koji odlazi u zasluženu penziju.
Najmanji radari tipa Ground Smarter 40 kojih je kupljeno najviše će biti montirani na domaće terensko vozilo ikoje će predstavljati komandno mesto komandira baterije artiljerijsko-raketnih jednica za protivvazduhoplovna dejstva, odnosno za trupnu PVO.

Rumunske vazduhoplovne snage primile su u naoružanje poslednja tri od 12 naručenih borbenih aviona F-16. Zvanična svečanost primopredaje aviona održana je 27. septembra u portugalskoj vazduhoplovnoj bazi Monte Real dok je prelet do Rumunije izvršen u večernjim satima narednog dana. Poslednja isporuka obuhvata dva jednoseda sa evidencijskim brojevima 1607 – 15128 i 1609 – 15130 i jedan dvosed 1612 – 15139, a svi oni su proizvedeni između marta i jula 1984. godine.
Rumunija je ugovor za nabavku 12 polovnih aviona F-16A i B Block 15 koji su modernizovani na standard MLU Block M5.2R a koje su prethodno koristile SAD i Portugal, potpisala septembra 2013. godine. Modernizacija aviona izvršena je u portugalskom remontnom zavodu OGMA Indústria Aeronáutica de Portugal S.A. Prvih šest aviona primljeno je 28. septembra 2016. a zatim još tri u decembru iste godine.
Nabavka 12 F-16 svakako ne može zadovoljiti potrebe rumunskih vazduhoplovnih snaga pa je tako u martu ove godine najavljeno da bi Rumunija već do kraja 2017. mogla da naruči još 20 primeraka. Potom je u avgustu mesecu rumunski ministar odbrane Mihail Fifor izjavio da postoje planovi da njegova zemlja nabavi još 36 F-16. Ministar Fifor je otkrio da je zahtev za dobijanje ponude već poslat SAD a u ponudi bi se jasno definisala cena i uslovi isporuke. Nije međutim precizirano o kojoj verziji F-16 se radi ali se pretpostavlja da bi to takođe bili F-16 Block 15 modernizovani na standard MLU.
Ugovor o prodaji 9 polovnih portugalskih i tri američka F-16A Rumuniji je vredan 186,2 miliona evra od čega je 108 otišlo na avione, a 78 miliona je dobio Portugal za njihovu modernizaciju, obezbeđivanju obuke i logistike.
Dodatni troškovi iznose 442 miliona evra a podrazumevaju renoviranje baze Fetešti, izgradnju potrebne infrastrukture i njeno prilagođavanje novim avionima, nabavku naoružanja i dodatne elektronske opreme.
