What it's not: 1) It's not a 'Minimal Kill' challenge, but I won't be going out of my way to kill anyone, only when necessary or by accident, or when it's fun to do so. 2) It's not a 'speed-run'. I will take as long as I need to get this done. Skills and Stats that will be will be kept to a minimum: Here are the following Skills/Stats that I will try to keep to a bare minimum during this challenge. 1) All weapon skills: Pistol, Silenced Pistol, Desert Eagle, Shotgun, Saw-Off Shotgun, Combat Shotgun, Machine Pistol, SMG, AK47, M4 2) Bullets Fired 3) Bullets that hit 4) Meals Eaten 5) Stamina 6) Total Respect 7) Lung Capacity 8) Sex Appeal 9) Muscle 10) Flying Skill 11) Bike Skill 12) Cycling Skill 13) Vehicle Resprays None of the Asset Missions, Side Missions, Schools (except for Pilot School), or Unique Stunt Jumps will be completed until after all of the main story missions have been completed, if they're completed at all. Skills/Stats that won't count toward this challenge, but still kept as minimal as possible: 1) Driving Skill 2) KGS of explosives used 3) Fires Started 4) Safehouse Visits 5) Number of Police Bribes 6) Total number of Wanted Stars Attained. This challenge does not limit me from entering locked areas of the game for any reason. Weapons that can or will be used during this challenge, but used as minimally as possible: 1) Brass Knuckles 2) Any Melee weapon (including the Cane) 3) Sniper Rifle 4) Country Rifle 5) Rocket Launcher 6) Heat Seeking Rocket Launcher 7) Flame Thrower 8) Minigun 9) Grenades 10) Satchel Charges 11) Tear Gas 12) Molotov Cocktails 13) Fire Extinguisher 14) Spray Paint Can 15) Dildo 16) Parachute Driving Skill does not increase any vehicles' handling or driving abilities. Driving Skill does nothing to give any sort of advantage, so increasing it doesn't matter anyway. The Minigun, Country Rifle, and Sniper Rifle don't increase any of the Weapon Skills, so they'll only be used in cases where guns must be used, and they'll be used in order to keep the Skills from being increased. The first two story missions are called 'Give Me Liberty' and 'LUIGI'S GIRLS' , and have both already been completed. A Starter Save is when all side-missions, collectables, etc are completed prior to doing the mission 'Don't Spank ma Bitch up' . Normally that would also include maxing out all of Claude's money, etc, but this video is limited to essentials. This saved-game starts at 04;10, which is the same time at the beginning of the game. Technically it actually starts at 04;08, because after the game is first loaded up, there’s 2 seconds of visual fade-in before you can actually see the time display. Here's a list of what has been completed: Claude has never been Wasted or Busted. Mission attempts: 9 Missions passed: 9 out of 73 Claude has the following: 1) All available Safehouses are accessable. The following side-missions have been completed: 1) Firefighter Mission: 20 fires put out on all three islands 2) Paramedic Mission: Level 12 completed 3) Taxi Mission: 100 Taxi Fares completed 4) Vigilante Mission: 20 criminals busted on all three islands Toyz Diablo Destruction: Completed Mafia Massacre: Completed Casino Calamity: Completed Rumpo Rampage: Completed Off Road Missions Patriot Playground: Completed A Ride In The Park: Completed Multi Story Mayhem: Completed Gripped: Completed Exports & Imports Garages Portland Exports & Imports Garage: Completed Shoreside Vale Exports & Imports Garage: BF Injection needed. Emergency Vehicle Crane: Barracks OL & Rhino needed. In addition to all of that: 1) 99 out of 100 Hidden packages have been found (The missing package is in the middle of the bridge connecting Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale. The first story mission is called "In The Beginning" , and it has already been completed. That mission is really just a cut-scene that shows Carl leaving Liberty City, and then arriving in San Andreas, where he accosted by Tenpenny and Pulaski. A Starter Save is when everything that can be done prior to doing the mission Big Smoke is actually completed prior to doing that mission itself; that includes side-missions, collectables, etc. Normally that would also include maxing out all of Carl's skills, money, etc, but that would take too long to accomplish, and this video is already several hours long as it is, so it's limited to essentials. All of the techniques in this video were created and developed by me. I did use jheath's suggestion about using Teargas to help slow the cops down, but all other tactics were created by me. The 'Mission Attempts' total is higher than the 'Missions Passed' total due to missions such as the Chiliad Challenge which offsets both of these totals. Fast Food places are already open, due to a disastrous date with Michelle. The original audio message that C.J. says as he approaches Grove is still there. I used other missions to keep from triggering it. I sprayed painted the Gang Tag that's on the base of the overpass bridge on Grove Street during those missions.
