1990 Jeep Cherokee Update | Broke Some Stuff | Dana 30, Dana 35, and NP231
Just an update on the 1990 Jeep Cherokee Trail Jeep. Took it out for the first time in about 6 months and broke a bunch of stuff including: Drive front U joint in the Dana 30, something in the NP231 transfer case, and something in the Dana 35 (was a ticking time bomb on 33's).

In this video I do a pressure test and remove the intake and exhaust manifold to find the coolant leak. Not really happy with what I found. Thought it would be a somewhat easy head gasket repair. Nope, crack in the block about 4" long. I'm going to try my hand at cast welding to see if i can fix the crack before I get another block or motor.
