Trekking to Krok E Dok Waterfall, Saraburi Thailand
Krok E Dok waterfall is a 7 tier, 700 meter high waterfall situated on the Khao Yai mountain range in Saraburi province.
The waterfall is only opened during the monsoon season, and therefore only a couple of months a year. Though it is not one of the most beautiful waterfall, the trek in itself is what makes the trip enjoyable. Make sure to visit during the middle of the monsoon months, we actually made it on the last day before the close until the next rainy season.
You will get your feet wet on this trek, and you will need good trekking shoes. I personally prefer my Keen sandals, they dry off quicker and doesn't feel uncomfortable when wet.
Importantly, bring drinking water & snacks for the trek. All trash you bring in must be carried out, please leave the trail clean for others after you. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6QwIA9nNFqc
Cycling back down to Pakchong entry gate of Khao Yai National Park.
One of my all-time favorite trips to test my fitness level by cycling uphill to be rewarded with beautiful scenery, a glimpse of wildlife, and fast hill descent.

Travelling in Bangkok can be very convenient if you know how to get around, whilst avoiding the traffic jams which Bangkok is well known for.

This particular trip was from Tha Chang Pier to Krungthon Bridge Pier.

Not far from my house are squatters living on both sides of Klong Prem Prachakhon canal. These are low-income communities, who've built a "village" on what was unused land. Unfortunately for those on one side of the canal, their land has been reclaimed to build an office, therefore they must leave.

Tire upgrade for my Birdy Bike, as I swap out the standard Schwalbe Marathons for the Schwalbe Big Apple Tires to gain in many areas such as comfort, rolling, and durability.
My bike is the Reise Muller Birdy Bike, Gloss White and Matt Black fork and rear. Upgrades include carbon mountain bike handlebars for a wider grip, and a similar riding position to my regular mountain bike, Shimano mountain bike pedals, Bontrager saddle, Cateye front & rear lights, Decathlon bell, bottle holder, and handlebar bag.

We took a 4 day trip to Krabi as Chaang & Tawan enjoyed a week together off from university & high school. Weather was fine, a bit of rain later in the afternoon, but the sea was quite choppy at some points, which is never fun on a long tail boat out at sea.
