Ah! Finally I'm back from a vacation. Bad news, I got sick. Nursing a cough, cold and sore throat. I managed to get a new stage modeled, two new props, hard steel and flap-up targets and fixed a gnarly bug where if you miss a steel, it is never scored as a mike. Don't know why I never saw that bug before. Also, got in a few modifications to the Triggrcon game for the event that's happening next week.
Changelog v0.21: * Solids, Poppers and More Stage * Flap-up Targets * Hard Steel targets * Fixed Steel miss not penalized bug * Various Triggrcon Game Mods
It was a tough decision to get out to shoot with Covid still around and unhealthy smoke from the California, Oregon and Eastern Washington fires. I'm glad I did, as the crew at Paul Bunyan Rifle Club did a fantastic job at putting together this match. Stages were tough and challenging with lots of noshoots and hard covers. The match had a level 2 or 3 type quality.

Week #32. A light update this time with a new long course and changes to the Waypoint system after getting some feedback from the community. We've changed waypoints to only remember position instead of rotation. Including rotation introduces a bug during replays because the rotation is controller exlusively by the player, forcing the player to rotate will be jarring. We've found that just moving the player and letting the player look where he/she wants, is more natural and works pretty well. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
Changelog v0.44
* New USPSA Stage - Lock Stock and Too Many Barrels
* Adjusted Waypoint type to position only
* Waypoint is optional and available in the Advanced Preference
* Removed rotation capability for Waypoints
* Fixed teleport while menu is open
* Added more multilanguage text
Enjoy!

'Twas a great battle in the Open Division today. Nick and I were back to back till the very end where a malfunction cost me the possibility of the match win. Great technical stages that I haven't seen before which makes it a ton of fun. Hope to shoot more stages like this in the future.

Glad I made the trip up to Custer which is just short of the Canadian border. They ran two 2024 candidate classifiers which was pretty fun. One was a new take on the dreaded Can You Count and the other is an actual full 24 round field course where you get to shoot on the move without stopping. Hope they all make the new rotation soon.

I've been shooting for more than a decade and have always been recording 3rd person and first person videos with a variety of camera systems. Most recently I've been really happy with the Insta360 Go2 and when the Go3 was available, I wanted to give that a shot, hoping it will be better. Unfortunately my experience with it was lack luster.
If you want a multi-use camera for shooting and other action sports, then Go3 would be a good choice, otherwise, just stick with the Go2.
Pros:
- Slight better quality
- Sounds slightly better
- Longer battery life
- Less heat
Cons:
- Chunky
- Unwieldy
- More expensive

Not a bad match considering but still many stupid mistakes. Tagging no-shoots and not confident with my shots.
and that stupid Can You Count classifier! *bah*

Managed to edge out a match win at a fun match today. Stages were really different and challenging, lots of gun manipulation, table starts and uncomfortable positions.
