I watched three videos and read a blog after having them recommended to me by Google for me asking how to add lead to my mechanical pencil. None of them helped. I finally figured it out myself and made a video showing the two ways I found to add 0.7mm pencil lead to my Pantel PG 507 Graph 500 Fine Writing Instrument. What a name. A name like that sounds as if it is from the J Peterman catalog from Seinfeld. I think it is a pretty good little pencil, very precise and well made in Japan. I bought one on Amazon for $7. The one in the video used to belong to my brother who was an artist.

Is a $13 1080p Body Camera any good? I tested the ZC-M6 HD Body camera purchased on TEMU. I found a camera with similar specifications on Amazon that looks like an updated version as it has a longer video recording time.
I mentioned in the video the ZC-M does not have a loop feature as it simply records in 10-minute files for the length of the battery which is around 4 hours. However, I later learned that as the video card is filled up, the camera will loop and begin to record over the older material.
The audio quality is decent and was reduced in editing but the video quality is barely useable in good lighting and a still camera. The infrared feature is marginal. The camera shines in its small size which is hard to notice in the shirt pocket and the long recording time and ease of use.

This video is one of the best relaxation videos on Youtube! The video is Broccoli seeds at 432 Hz! How more relaxing can you get? If you like this one I am working on Bakers yeast at 432 Hz that is going to be even better. LOL
Seriously, I have started making Broccoli sprouts and noticed something cool the seeds were doing after I soaked them. I recorded it and added the appropriate music. I like it a lot - This usually means I will be getting a lot of unsubscribers, LOL.
I will be adding some normal Broccoli sprout videos later.
I have over 1000 videos and have been adding new videos every week for 14 years.

I got Afib in October 2014. It has been a challenge to find information that is helpful and hopeful about how to manage or get rid of it. Some of the best information I have found has been in the videos posted on YouTube by cardiologist Dr. Sanjay Gupta. In his videos he takes plenty of time to go over aspects of Afib to make them easy to understand. Just as importantly he also provides examples of actions a patient can take to manage or reduce the occurrences of Afib.
I am currently taking medication prescribed by my cardiologist. I am also making almost a dozen lifestyle changes and supplements, almost none of which were recommended by my DR but have been shown by others to have helped. It is too early to tell what my results are but I feel I am getting better and am hopeful that I am moving in the right direction. I know my fellow youtubers do not watch my channel to see videos about physical ailments, as we all have our problems, many of which are far worse than mine.I just wanted to make sure the community knew about Dr Gupta and the help and hope he has been offering.
for those of you who do not have Afib, I would recommend you read Dr Fuhrman's book, The End of Heart Disease. Dr Fuhrman's book is a very interesting book that claims you can make it very unlikely to suffer from a heart attack if you follow his recommendations. I read his book. It will not help with afib, but since I plan on curing my Afib I want to have a healthy heart to come home to and have been learning to follow Dr. Fuhrman's advice. You can get a copy at your library for free.
This is not going to turn into a health and diet channel. I just wanted to throw this out there to my fellow You Tubers that watch my channel. I hope it helps.

This week is a short ramble about a funny pickup truck I saw on one of my walks. I took some video but it was on the wrong setting and only shot a few seconds. This is a Dodge truck someone has semi-attached another truck bed to the top. I doubt the owner is using it as a camper, but I thought it was an idea for a wonderful improvisation. I could clearly see how a person could add a Jon boat to the top and be as happy as a pig in mud. I don't want to have to pay your gas bill with al that windage but it made me smile and I hope it did you too.
thanks for watching.

I have many different canned fish recipes in my recipe playlist. This is a delicious variation on one of them that is my best-canned fish recipe so far.
The little grilled sliders almost tasted like mini hamburgers. I cooked them the next day in the microwave on a tortilla with cheddar cheese, tomato sauce, and a pickle.
They made delicious little wraps. I'll post the recipe next week.
One thing that made this recipe taste better than my other recipes using many similar ingredients was that I microwave-steamed most of the vegetables before cooking them in the pan or on the Panini Grill. Also, the sliders are many burgers
had a richer flavor because I added coconut oil to them instead of canola oil.

This was a simple and fun project. The top of my Brita Water Filter has been missing the part that covers the opening in the lid.I got tired of using a piece of cardboard as a cover so I made one out of wood and added a dial calendar to keep track of the date the filter was changed.
This is not a project that will get a lot of views as not many people have this problem and the few that do are probably not inclined to make a DIY solution. Nevertheless, it was a relaxing little project. I was going to add some artsy fartsy designs to the cover with my wood burner but I think it looks fine like it is. Little projects like this show how you can have DIY fun without a lot of tools and shop space.
I hope nobody noticed my Panini Grill under my folding Keter Shop table. Contrary to YouTuber rumors I do not use the sawdust to flavor my cooking, I really do clean off any sawdust on the grill before cooking.
Thanks for watching.

I was worried about taking my bicycle on a bus. I don't know why but I was. I watched videos on YouTube about taking a bicycle on a bus but they never explained how to put the bike on the rack at the front of the bus if there was a bicycle already in the front. I didn't think I would be able to lift the bike over the front one.
Also, I was concerned because I wanted to buy an electric bike and take it on the bike rack but most electric bicycles are very heavy. After riding on the bus with my folding bike for two weeks I realized it is easier to put a heavy bike on from the side by putting the front wheel onto the rack and then moving it across the rack and lifting up the rear wheel thereby reducing the amount of weight needed to be lifted.
I have been unhappy at how few bike manufacturers list the actual weight of the bicycle they are selling.
In Broward County, the bicycle weight limit is 50 pounds but most electric bicycles weigh over 50 lbs. It has been difficult to find an appropriate bike that is less than 50 lbs. I was also planning on taking my small folding electric bike inside the bus but I found out that Broward County does not allow any electric vehicles except for wheelchairs inside the bus.
Using the bicycle rack has been actually very easy to do and I'm surprised more people do not take their bicycle on the bus with them. However, since most buses only have two bike spaces I'm glad that not many people do otherwise I would have to wait for more buses to come and hope they had space for my bike.
I have been reading a lot of questions and comments in online forums about buses and bicycles and a few people commented that they were unhappy that the bus driver would not help them with their bicycle I'm not aware of any transit system where the bus drivers help the passengers with their bicycles
it's great to have a bicycle when you get to your destination that way if there are any problems in your area you can leave on your bicycle and not walk around where it could be problematic
If you want to take your bicycle inside the bus different bus systems have different rules and regulations some of them are very lenient but in Broward, you can't have any bicycle unless it
goes under the seat or in your lap so it's out of the way of other passengers. This means you can only take very small folding bicycles on the bus in Broward
Finally, it's not a good idea to have a very expensive bike on the rack on the front of the bus unless it's locked in some way.

I bought myself a Kreg pocket joint tool for Christmas, the low-cost R3 model. The first item I built using it was this wood stationary exercise bike stand made from two 2x4s. The stand is quite sturdy and amazingly quick and simple to make. All of the pieces of wood end up being 15 inches in length. However, the two side pieces of the stand are made from 3 lengths of 30 inch long pieces of 2x4 that I cut a hole in the center and then cut the wood in half so they end up being 15 inches tall with a half circle in the top center to hold the pegs that are on the rear wheels.
I used the Kreg tool and screws on all the 4 pieces that make the square frame and also used them to attach the three side pieces together. The side pieces once joined are attached to the square with 4-inch long machine screws and nuts and washers, two in each side.
There is no friction to apply drag to the wheels so it is not the most useful exercise bike, but you can add a roller or if you have pad type brakes you can add rubber bands around the rear brake lever to apply very light pressure on the brakes.
If you add a roller it will eventually wear your tire out and if you depress the brake lever it will wear out your brake pad. I am working on adding neodymium magnets to the rim of the tire and to a piece of wood placed vertically and close to the wheel which may produce an adjustable drag without any friction to wear parts out.
Once you have your stand you can use your bike to perform many useful functions besides exercise. I collected and included at the end of the video a large number of different uses people have found for their bikes on stands, the variety and ingenuity were pretty interesting.
If you are interested in purchasing bike pegs or a Kreg pocket joint tool to make your own bike stand I have some listed in my Amazon store below.
