If you're a programmer and you're a fan of this channel, you have probably already watched some of my videos in which I talk about traditional education and its future.
In this video, however, I'll not talk about traditional education. Instead, I want to ask you a question: What is the purpose of learning for you? Why are you doing all this?
Often times we get caught up in something we don't even know and we lose our purpose...
What are your purpose for learning and why you should learn programming topics? Watch the video to find out!

How Should A Developer Present Himself?
Presentation is important and that is a fact. Although some people create the talking that "appearance shouldn't matter, we all should be accepted by who we are", in reality, it is not what REALLY happens.
We all know that people judge you from your appearance and there is nothing wrong with that. It is part of our biological and perception system, to judge what can be a threat and what is not a threat.
Professionally, presentation takes an even more important role. Bosses, potential partners, and other investors will definitely judge you by what you wear and how you present yourself.
So, how, you as a software developer, should present yourself? Should you spend money on expensive clothes? How should you cut your hair?

Make Things Harder If You Want To Improve
A lot of us want to advance in life, achieve new things and keep improving. This is what gives meaning to life, right?
Yeah, you're right. Work and improvement keep us alive, feeling like we have a purpose. According to Psycho-Cybernetics, an amazing book, our mind is goal-oriented, which means that we need to have a goal so that we have a meaning.
However, most people hit a level that they cannot get past it. And they get there for a long time, sometimes, for the rest of their lives.
If you really want to keep improving, you need to make things harder for yourself. And this is exactly what we are going to talk in this video.

Finding Your Programming Niche
A lot of developers don't know what they should specialize in. They struggle to find something that they can relate to or some area that they can (and enjoy) work in. Most people will actually never end up finding something that they can work and a niche that they will enjoy working.
I've talked several times before about how you can find a programming niche and how it is important for your career. Specialization will definitely make you an authority and it will open up space for new and exciting opportunities in your career.
So, how do you specialize? How do you find what I call your "programming niche"? Is it easy? What steps should you follow in order to make sure you've got the right niche and that you're ready to start focusing on that specific thing?

Algorithms & Data Structures For... Web Developers?
A lot of developers come to me asking a lot of different questions, but one of the seems to be a real and big question for most developers:
"John, do I need to learn algorithms and/or data structures?"
In this video, however, this guy asked me a slightly different question than most of the programming world wants to know.
What if you were a web developer? Should you still bother about learning algorithms and data structures? Watch this video and find out!

A Message To All Haters: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AvFg-Ov24ck
Why Haters Won't Take Me Down
Recently, I did a video with a message to all the haters. On that video, I received a lot of AMAZING comments from you guys. First of all, I would like to thank you all fo the amazing support you gave me. It was incredible to see how the community is united and committed to helping people.
Besides that, I would like to tell more about this. And why haters won't take me down. Watching this video back, I confess it seemed a little bit "over the top". But I was pissed.
However, haters won't take me down. Wanna know why? Watch this video!
