Opened by Mistake: Return to Sender! - Rev. Clarke Carraway on 6/6/21 | The Metaphysical Church of Enlightenment
During the journey into life, man finds that he has accepted many a thing which later he does not want; and in his ignorance he tries to rid himself of the thing, while accepting it as his own. It becomes "my problem". Each man sooner or later learns that life, to a large extent, is made up of accepting and letting go of things. Life is God, the Creator of everything from the most minute to the most sublime, and His creation is perfect. Recognizing this Truth even in a mild way begins to free us from the bondage of certain limitations, and makes for the larger expression of life.
My intention is to reach to you on one on one level. We have been here on this planet many times. Through these many lives we have learned, we have grown This time around if we approach self-knowledge from a practical and spiritual level, we can gain insights into who we are and what we are here to do this time, this transformational time! Together, let's discover the empowered creators we truly are.
We awaken from the dream by using our true power - the power of choice! The one true choice we have is where we place our attention. Open yourself and choose to discover how your use of choice and attention will lead you out of the dream to awakened awareness.
There's a language or communication ability of your spiritual heart. You were born with it this life. To develop it you need these skills - Learn to listen. Become a keen observer. Practice self-reflection. Use the language of the enlightened spiritual heart to connect with God. Listen to the language of the heart for it reveals God's intentions and inspires us to a generous response.

Join our talented community musicians on a healing sound meditation journey.
Sound healing has ancient roots in cultures all over the world, including Australian aboriginal tribes who used the didgeridoo as a sound healing instrument for over 40,000 years to ancient such as Tibetan or Himalayan singing bowl spiritual ceremonies. Sound meditation is a focused awareness type of meditation that guides the listener through an experience of sound manifesting not only through hearing but through tactile physical vibrations and frequencies.
Science is still catching up to understanding how sound heals, but the current research is promising. A review of 400 published scientific articles on music as medicine found strong evidence that music has mental and physical health benefits in improving mood and reducing stress. In fact, rhythm in particular (over melody) can provide physical pain relief.
