How to make gluten-free blueberry pancakes for breakfast that taste good.

If you have bloating, acne, anemia, brain fog, fatigue, celiac disease, or other problems from gluten, this recipe is a good alternative.


The American Heart Association recommends at least 5 fruits or veggies a day for optimal heart health and to manage high blood pressure. Eat your daily amounts of fruits starting with a pancake breakfast including blueberries in your mix and sprinkling your pancakes with blueberries.

Using a Greenlife skillet, you can make perfect nonstick pancakes with any pancake mix.

Ingredients
1 cup of Birch Benders just add water pancake and waffle mix made with organic brown rice flour (gluten-free)
Mix with 3/4 cups of water

5-6 Blueberries include in the mix and sprinkle as many as you want on top of pancakes after placing the stack on a plate
1 tsp butter (place in the skillet)
1 tsp MCT oil (pour in the skillet)
