But as it turns out, it is no ordinary Procyon Vela. It is a first edition Procyon Vela that is modified with a titanium shell and various gadgets and tools. Velar can even transform into any vehicle in a similar fashion to KITT from Knight Rider 2008. For example: He was able to fool Vic McGillicuddy into thinking she offered valet parking for her van. But, she actually left it at the news station and wanted to trick Vic into advertising for his resort in order to get it shut down hence why perks were offered to her initially. It was a sneaky cover-up done by the spy car's news van form and it's amazing how it can transform into something that is bigger than what it is. Aside from transforming into different vehicles, Velar can also transform into his attack mode which is great for dealing with high-risk situations and chasing enemies in faster vehicles. Velar is the lovechild of KITT and James Bond's Aston Martin Vanquish from Die Another Day and gets the job done when it comes to disguising himself and catching criminals with his incredible top speed.
