So, This is the Palmetto State Armory AR-10 in .308 with a 18 inch barrel. I fired right at 60 rounds through it taking little time or care with my shots and it cycled great without one misfire or mishap with inexpensive ammo. The recoil on this rifle was not bad at all even though the rifle only weighs about 8 pounds. So far I love the rifle but I do have some modifications planned for the future so stick around.

This is my Bear Creek Arsenal 20" M16 A4 or A2 (I am not well versed in clones) retro style upper receiver. In this new series, "Box to Combat Load" we take any gun or upper receiver out of the box and run a few hundred rounds through it in very adverse situations throwing it in the mud multiple times and throwing it on the ground multiple times to test reliability and to accelerate the life cycle. At the end we also do some accuracy testing with the upper to see if it can maintain accuracy. This one passed with flying colors, it had a few minor issues during the first 100 rounds but then it worked perfectly the rest of the time even after the second dunking and throwing. Specs and upper SKU are listed below. This one comes with a Excellent carrying handle and billet extractors on the BCG. I think these run about $250.

Title says it all, excellent performance while not quite at premium pricing. Couple downsides, it's big, magnification adjustment is stiff without a lever, and it still has some shift in zero after shoulder height drops.
Everything else is top notch. Illumination, glass quality, FOV, 1x performance, and eyebox and eye relief are excellent. I found mine for $440 which was too good to pass up but these usually go for $550+
