Lost Tapes Support ET Contact and SSP claims by French Experiencer In 1988/1989, when only 18 years old, Jean Charles Moyen recorded an audio file of his experiences as a “starseed” who had incarnated on Earth with powerful psychic abilities and frequent contact experiences with his extraterrestrial “family”. In this interview, Jean Charles Moyen, who was recruited into a joint US-French secret space program in 1990 when he began serving as a military conscript, answers questions about the origins and history of this highly classified program. He asserts that high-level technology exchange agreements between the US, Britain, and France that were reached during the Second World War continued after the War’s conclusion. Andrew Basiago, J.D., claims that from 1980 to 1984 he participated in a Mars teleportation project along with former President Barack Obama who was known at the time as Barry Soetaro.
