I try to convert my Buffalo GL348 from catering-use water boiler to homebrew kettle. This involves replacing the tap and over-riding the annoying 100 degree boil-dry cut-off safety feature.

A taste test of the chilli stout from a few weeks ago gets me wondering what I can do with version 2. Also have a bit of fun with the ultrabeer wand and try to make a brewday video with a MASSIVE hangover.
