LEG DAY | WINTER TRAINING I'm taking the Mike Mentzer approach to less volume, high intensity and going to failure. I've been doing this style workout for about 3 months now and noticed that I did miss out on some of the extra load on my low back that seems fine to miss out for bodybuilding, but it is crucial for BMX Racing. I'm usually racing #bmx bikes and spent the weekend out at the VA State Finals races. Today I'm jumping into the gym to do a recovery workout while focusing on some standard strength movements. Hang with me from start to finish and then go get yourself in the gym. While I trimmed some of the dead space out, this is still a raw workout video so keep that in mind before leaving some ridiculous comment.

Let's take a walk around Hampton BMX in Hampton, VA and take a look at this track that just had a rebuild from Tom Ritz Designs (https://www.tomritz.com). Every straightaway has been touched and this track is looking sweet. The surrounding area is probably the most beautiful of any track as it sits right on the water, in the back of a park, next to an Air Force base.

The Green Monster got towed to my house and pushed into my garage area. I fixed some fuel issues, replaced the water pump, and did some cleaning and now this thing is running. Now we can start working on the frame swap part of this large project.
