湯水篇|鹹檸檬燒鴨湯 一鴨二食(下) (Eng Sub) - Salted Limes Roasted Duck Soup
繼上次雪菜鴨絲炆米後,
今次就會用剩餘的鴨骨和鴨架來做另一道~~~

據《綱目拾遺》、《粵語》記載: “以鹽醃檸檬,歲久色黑,可治痰炎,下氣和胃。 ”
“在古書上稱為宜濛子、黎朦子,又因為「孕婦食之能安胎」,故又名益母果、宜母果。鹹檸檬的功效在中醫古籍《本草綱目拾遺》中記載:「宜母子以鹽醃,歲久色黑,可治傷寒痰火」。”
《鹹檸檬鴨湯》是一個傳統的中式湯水,起源在潮州。咸檸檬可以加入熱水飲、凍飲、煲湯、菜式上的配料。
