[Version 2 of https://youtu.be/u89RBEbJvnc - removing the shaking camera view at the end of that video.]
Flown on the suggestion of a Subscriber 4 months ago, mainly due to weather, lighting and tides, I've only now just been able to get around to trying to film it.
Flown on 2 separate days
- first day was aborted due to the wind - but I had dry feet
- second day is from looking down onto the plateau setting the centre of the orbit - and I got wet feet on the walk back!

9 Madryn Street, Liverpool
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ringo_Starr
A very small area of the city, known as "The Welsh Streets", consisting of about 400 houses.

Even though the location is well known, the actual name of this area of the city is rather unclear due to inspirational restoration plans. Could be Dingle or Toxteth.

Here is about half of my 5th ride on this machine - 1st videoed ride.
Location: Newsham Park, Liverpool, UK [ https://plus.codes/9C5VC396+H9 ].
Video shows about 5-6km of the total ride.
Even though this exact machine is branded by at least 7 different companies and the design is at least 10 years old, there are very few videos of them being used. Here, I'm confident in saying that this video is a world first - an underslung camera providing a front/rear view of the ride. A 360 version of this video is available at: https://youtu.be/ochO_Jj-D6A
My intentions of this video was to demonstrate as many differing surfaces as possible that this scooter can tackle and how it's suspension responds.
Around 7:15 shows the scooter climbing a fairly short hill with ease.
Notice from the shadows that the whole ride was stood-up - seat and seat-post not installed.
Due to this video being presented as 360 degrees, it hasn't been possible to show the scooter while it was stationary - to have an idea of this scooter, please have a look at my previous video: https://youtu.be/1qaWDAbBlZw
Having a camera underslung on an equivalent high-street retail version of this scooter would be almost impossible due to the lack of clearance. Here, though, while the camera is still very low to the ground and vulnerable, the camera did thankfully survive!
Apologies for the large splash of mud on the front lens, from 19:15 onwards, the mud remains until the end!
Nearing the last third of this video, the scooter develops a grinding noise from the chain. While riding, this was concerning. Upon returning home, I found this was due to me not having properly installed and aligned the rear-wheel. With this more aggressive riding, the rear wheel had moved out of alignment. Putting the scooter on it's back, properly aligning the rear wheel has already fixed the problem.
Since having this scooter, I have logged every ride using a GPS app on my phone. Cumulatively, this scooter has now travelled 48km during 5 rides.

Road Contractors must surely know that they are working in a potentaily dangerous environment, close proximity to live traffic.
Seems that this crowd are quite happy to be standing in the road, next to their trucks, on the "T" of a minor road, and slowly pulling out in a large truck from a minor road.
Regarding the work that they were doing, granted, this road was in need of many fixes. However, it might have been more cost effective to totally close the whole road, scrape it back, and resurface it!
