So this was a video requested by a few viewers and I think I should give anyone who's interested some background as to how and why I became vegan and a little bit about my long-standing involvement with animal rights activism (as well as hypocrisy, i concede!) as well as documenting my cycles of weight loss and gain which I can now see with the benefit of hindsight correlated with my periods of veganism vs vegetarianism.
