When a fellow Rider breaks down and he pulls into the church then a parking spot and is trying to fix his motorcycle a cop comes outside and tells him he's not allowed to be broken down in his parking lot on a motorcycle even though there's no parts or anything on the ground and his bike just died he orders the rider off the parking lot to go somewhere else and back into traffic Norman PD is a disgrace for doing so along with the church that he is attending.
