As you can see I am still learning so... I'm not very good at video fx yet especially action movie fx like action essentials 2 so if I was more talent at AE2 then his would have turned out much better then it already has. Plus I'm not good at motion tracking so I didn't even bother, also I know how you can make video fx using 3ds max or other 3d animation software but I'm also not a pro at any 3d software yet. So once I become better, my video editing, and effects will look better and definitely more realistic.
