Eva Longoria comes to the White House to premier the Flamin Hot Movie
Busy day at the White House but first we take in a military flyover over Arlington of some V-22s for a fallen Marine (I accidentally said he was a sailor). I then did a photo shoot in the White House for the 'junk fees' meeting, followed by the premier of the new movie Flamin Hot movie with Eva Longoria as the producer. Quite a long day.

PenguinSix is an apolitical guy in a political town who likes to walk a lot. He has hiked over 17,000 miles (27,000kms) in the past six years and is still walking today. He is an American expat who spent the last decade in Hong Kong with his family and is now back in Washington DC, continuing his daily ritual of taking very long hikes around the city catching the sights and sounds of the city while live streaming to share with others. History, culture, life as an expat (with reverse culture shock), and the pitiful Chinese food in Washington DC are regular topics of discussion. Marine One arrived last night after I had already published a video so this is the arrival from last night followed by a rare Congressional Medal of Honor presentation in the White House that I was able to photograph today. Captain Larry Taylor, US Army, earned the Medal of Honor for his actions in Vietnam.

One of the largest protests we've seen in D.C. this year filled the streets near the White House today in support of Gaza and demanding a ceasefire.

Wednesdays can be pretty boring in DC. There wasn't much happening around the city today, no motorcades or helicopters, no press conferences outside, or anything else that I can film from the street, so I just take you on a bit of a hike around some history and we visit a few places you may have heard of before on our travels around the city. I know, kind of dull, but some of you just like to see what's going on in the streets of Washington so here you go.
00:00 Intro
00:01 Israel Embassy
03:30 Cleveland Park Cold War
07:38 Eisenhower's Apartment
08;23 Reagan Assasination
10:10 Black Lives Matter Plaza repaved
11:00 White House Marine
13:41 Chinatown
19:13 Law Enforcement Memorial
21:30 Torn Down Statue
22:30 US Capitol
25:33 AOC's apartment
26:10 Lunch
29:00 Bill Clinton's house

Kind of the same, kind of different, as I walk you around a national capitol today, just not the one you are used to seeing.
