Have a look at their marketing and their advertising and what their benefits they say are from buying from them By looking at their advertising and their marketing and seeing how they deal with customers and see how quick their services are etc. and then you decide w how are you going to be unique from them. so it explains your unique value proposition and it explains why your business is different and how you can better meet your customers needs
