I always loved horror movies and telling a good ghost story but this is a little different in that it's a true demon story that happened to me when meditation turns dark. I've made it like an audiobook story on steroids. It is the first of a new type of video I want to produce. I'm calling the series Storytime with James Cole and that's exactly what it will be. Me telling stories. Make sure you let me know in the comments if you want more videos like this. It won't just be horror stories either. This is something I've wanted to do for a long time so I hope you really like it. I always remember as a child growing up in England (and I'm about to show my age here) sitting around the radio and tuning in to listen to the latest radio play. It was basically just narration and a couple of actors, a little music and sound effects, telling a story. If I remember correctly there was a science fiction show called "Space Force" that I loved. There was something magical about it. Unlike Television and movies, it still allowed space for the imagination in a similar way that books do. So this is obviously a little more than just audio but it's in the same spirit of the good ol' radio plays. Think of it as an audiobook with personality. This story "A True Demon Attack" is a real-life true story. An experience I had when I was around 20 years old. Was it a dream? Could have been. But it felt so very real at the time. More real than any other dream I'd had up til then. For me this was a true horror story, one that shook me to the core, yet also empowered me in ways I couldn't imagine. One could definitely say it was a bad out of body experience but with a positive outcome. I really hope you like this scary story audio book video thing as I would love to do many more in the future. And not just about horror stories or demon stories. I've written many short stories over the years crossing many genres. Don't think this means no more meditations either. I've got plenty more of them in the works too.
