The Duluth Police Department is reviewing video of an arrest that has captured attention on social media.
Police say the incident began when officers pulled over a vehicle in the 4600 block of Grand Avenue at 10:33 a.m. Saturday. Police say the woman who was driving had a revoked license, and officers recognized the passenger to be a 21-year-old man with several warrants.
The department says the man was wanted on active violation of probation warrants for felony possession of a short-barreled shotgun, felony fleeing police officers in a motor vehicle, and misdemeanor domestic assault. Police say they had also received recent information that he may be in possession of a handgun.
The video, posted to Facebook on Saturday afternoon by a woman who identifies herself as the man's girlfriend, shows the man saying "help me" and "I cannot breathe" as he struggles with several officers in the front seat of a car.

An officer can be seen putting his hands around the man's neck and pushing his head down as the man screams. An officer can be heard saying, "stop resisting, you're under arrest, how many times have we told you that?"
Police say the man was medically cleared and then booked into the St. Louis County Jail. He also faces a potential charge of obstructing legal process.
A police spokesperson said Saturday evening that they are currently reviewing the video and will release a statement to the media when the review is complete.
"We are currently conducting a Use of Force Review on policy, tactics, and training which includes analyzing body worn and vehicle camera footage and reviewing police reports. We will provide an update once the review is complete," the department said in a news release.
