This tale is indeed ancient, with its earliest version being considered the Greek myth of Rhodopis and the king of Egypt, dating between the last century BC and the first century AD.
Wrongly attributed as one of the original Brothers Grimm tales, the first modern literary version of Cinderella is by Giambattista Basile in his "Pentamerone" in 1634, with the Grimm's version being from 1812. But the best known and most adapted version is that of Charles Perrault in "Histoires ou contes du temps passé" (Stories or Tales from Past Times) in 1697, where it is known as "Cendrillon".

The series revolves around two teenage slackers: mechanic Coop and his best friend Jamie, who find a mecha robot from the future called Megas (Mechanized Earth Guard Attack System) in a New Jersey junkyard. Coop modifies Megas and replaces his head, the control center, with a classic muscle car, and names him XLR (eXtra Large Robot). Together with Megas's original pilot Kiva, they must defend Earth from the evil alien race called "the Glorft".

Premiered in Rio de Janeiro on August 24, 194, his film was one of the first results, in an effort that was continued over the following years.

Sophie is a young orphaned girl living in the orphanage of the cantankerous and abusive Mrs. Clonkers. One night, Sophie wakes up and looks out of her window to see a cloak-clad giant blowing something through a trumpet into a bedroom window down the street; whereupon the Giant Man notices her and snatches her through the window, carrying her away to a mysterious realm known as "Giant Country".
Based on a 1982 children's book written by British novelist Roald Dahl, author of such classics as Matilda, The Witches and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, this 1989 production features the voices of David Jason as the voice of the BFG, and Amanda Root like Sophie's voice.
In 2016, a live-action adaptation was produced by Disney, directed by Steven Spielberg.

Based on the 1883 Italian children's novel The Adventures of Pinocchio by Carlo Collodi, the film its an animated musical fantasy, where an old Italian woodcarver named Geppetto carves a wooden puppet named Pinocchio. The puppet is brought to life by a blue fairy, who informs him that he can become a real boy if he proves himself to be "brave, truthful, and unselfish".
A timeless classic, the film has established Pinocchio as a pop symbol, and a story that will be retold as one of the best-known fairy tales of all time.
