AS PROMISED, today part two, continued from part one Yesterday. ??Ukraine - Russia. Part 2. The Present ? ?Reflections from one of our authors ?So what do we have now… Ukraine has a corrupt government that attacks civilians with weapons supplied by the West. Acts of terrorism are a norm for them. Obviously Nazi ideology is used a a national one. The money that US sends was laundered through FTX and back to the US government individuals that voted for sending more money. The US runs things over there and their long term goal is to do as much harm to Russia as possible. At first it was unclear, but no one even hides it now. Another long term goal is to replace Russia as a  supplier of gas and oil for Europe.  Some questionable tactics have been used, such as sanctions and freezing Russian money. Blowing up the gas pipelines. Moving European business to the continental US is another goal. ?Some of these goals have been accomplished. However, we have seen some interesting side effects as well. Not all countries have supported the US. Every week we have more and more trade agreements made that no longer use dollars for trade. The Petro Dollar is becoming less and less.  Another consequence is geopolitical. China, India, Brazil , Iran, Syria just to name a few countries have turned to Russia. UAE is another one. That is a big hole in the US plans, pretty sure they did not plan for that. ?Russia is making progress on the military front. It's not fast, using the words of one of the guys who got back from there a few weeks ago:"So much concrete reinforcements were poured. Every fortification is like a castle " That's ok though. Even slow progress is incredibly meaningful, as once we break through the fortifications things will speed up. Perhaps we gave them too much time to prepare. The Minsk agreements were all lies to buy more time to prepare Ukraine for war. Merkel herself has said so. I suppose we should have started the Special Military Operation earlier. Oh well.
