FocusWriter is a simple, distraction-free writing environment. It utilizes a hide-away interface that you access by moving your mouse to the edges of the screen, allowing the program to have a familiar look and feel to it while still getting out of the way so that you can immerse yourself in your work. It's available for Linux, Windows, and Mac OS X, and has been translated into many different languages.

A review of the Fedora-based, yet Ubuntu-inspired distribution known as Fuduntu 14.10. Lightweight performance, decent but mobile app selection, and very nice mobility and battery life controls. Definitely the recommendation for Fedora on a laptop.
Sorry about the super fast talking at the beginning, ogv's don't seem to play nicely with OpenShot. Get Dropbox: https://db.tt/Qg1VIS9T

A review of the Enlightenment E17 Edition of PCLinuxOS 2010. Overall, a pleasant looking operating system that, apart from Enlightenment, is really not to different to the main KDE version. Still an impressive distro, relatively light although the apps bundled with the system are not by any means light. E17 is an amazing desktop environment, and it's a bit of a shame they didn't bundle more themes by default. It's a fully featured OS, and it's great to see PCLinuxOS offering almost all of the Desktop Environments out there.
If you would like a faster and more beautiful Enlightenment distro try Macpup 511:

Decided to record me setting up a new KDE Plasma environment for my use on KDE Neon using Plasma 5.26. Recorded this ages ago, just didn't know what to do with it til now. Sped up to 200% and a few cuts for time's sake. Follow the chapters below for the process. Nothing ground-breaking, but it seems to work for me.
