The YouTube channel host, a foot photographer, approaches strangers in public and conducts interviews to help other foot photographers overcome anxiety, and documents these interactions on his channel.
He interviews a woman, who is initially taken aback but agrees to participate. The interview is centered around her feet, her thoughts on foot admiration, and her comfort level with foot interaction.
The woman is initially surprised, but agrees to have her feet photographed, touched, and even sniffed, all the while discussing her views about feet admiration. She does not agree to having her foot licked due to her marital status.
The host explains that his videos also serve as a form of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) for viewers, helping them overcome anxiety by visualizing positive outcomes and exposing themselves to potentially uncomfortable situations.
At the end of the interview, the woman offers some advice: to be assertive, polite, and understand that people's reactions are often out of one's control. She encourages viewers to take the initiative and speak to people they're interested in, as it could brighten their day.

Pleasant event diary inspired from the DBT Skills Training Handouts and Worksheets, Second Edition, by Marsha M. Linehan. Rating the mindfulness (defined by Jon Kabat Zinn as paying attention in a particular way; on purpose in the present moment, and non-judgmentally) of the pleasant event, the letting go of worries, and overall pleasant experience.

I’ve been using the concepts in Marsha M. Linehan’s emotion self regulation dbt manual as a way to get rid of anxiety, a way to get rid of depression, and a way to get rid of stress in order to better conversate with women who are strangers about the appreciation of their feet. Here you’ll see the results of my progression.
Photography, videography, and approaching women who are strangers to get them to model for me is a great way of treating anxiety without meds, and treating depression without meds.
