In a recent interview, Coach Bronson shared his personal experience with following a carnivore diet and how it transformed his life. He initially started the carnivore diet as an experiment to alleviate his urgent bowel issues that caused him years of anxiety and stress. To his surprise, within 90 days, he noticed a significant improvement in his bowel problems and also experienced other benefits like clearer skin and improved body composition.
But Coach Bronson's journey was not just about following a specific diet. He had a history of being involved in fitness and was a CrossFit gym owner. However, he also struggled with chronic injuries and the inability to work out consistently due to inflammation and pain. He thought it was just a result of getting older, but incorporating the carnivore diet into his lifestyle helped him overcome these challenges. He now works out five to six times a week, without any workout-related injuries, and feels fantastic.
Coach Bronson's story highlights the importance of individualizing nutrition and fitness choices based on personal goals and needs. One-size-fits-all protocols and diets may not work for everyone, and it's essential to find what works best for you.
In his upcoming book, Coach Bronson aims to address the common issue of people getting stuck by following protocols that don't apply to them. He emphasizes the significance of understanding individual goals, considering the whole picture, following concepts rather than strict rules, making sustainable choices, and continually measuring and evaluating progress. By focusing on these principles, individuals can achieve body confidence and create lasting changes in their lives.

Aimee is a type 1 diabetic who has been following a high-fat carnivore diet for a few years. In this interview, Amy discusses her journey to becoming a carnivore and how it has helped her manage her type one diabetes. She talks about trying different diets, including vegetarian, raw vegan, and keto, before discovering the carnivore diet.
She also mentions her experience with the traditional low-carb diet and how she got inspired to try carnivore after watching videos of Dr. Shawn Baker and Jordan Peterson. Aimee explains her current diet and how she has been able to reduce her insulin dosage and manage her blood sugars easier. Aimee also talks about ‘stiff-man disease’ and joint pain that had troubled her for years only to see it completely go after just 2 months on low-carb!
