Scott breaks down the history of US imperialism leading up to the current Russia/Ukraine conflict. We discuss how propaganda, often targeted at being a good Christian or Patriot, is used to sell these wars, and that at some point the evidence points towards America, the government and nation not being the shining city on the hill that it claims to be.
Peace doesn't mean submission to tyranny, and that applies whether it is Russian tyranny OR US tyranny.

In this week’s episode, we are playing a clip from a recent livestream conversation with Dave Smith, comedian and host of Part of the Problem. We tackled tough questions on the state's role in migration, the clash between open borders & opposing positions within libertarianism, and the search for pragmatic solutions that respect individual freedoms.
Dave Smith shares his journey from minimum wage advocate to libertarian leader, revealing hard truths about public policy and immigration. He reminds us that any ideology, including libertarianism, must be grounded in common sense to impact culture and policy.
As we consider the mismanagement of public property and a decentralized approach to immigration, we seek a balance that honors both libertarian principles and the realities of governance. Matthew Bellis chimes in on infusing libertarianism with a 'do no harm' philosophy. We can point to the negative consequences of an open borders policy & also highlight the plight of immigrants and the government's imperfect custodianship of public resources.
Join us for a candid conversation that cuts through ideological extremes, as we commit to facing real-world problems with mature libertarian perspectives right here on the Biblical Anarchy Podcast.

In this episode, Scott Horton returns to the show. Scott is an anti-war and libertarian author and podcaster, as well as the director of the Libertarian Institute and senior editor for Antiwar.com. Scott was on the show last time to talk about the history of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. This time, Scott is bringing the history of Israel and Gaza. In my recent episode with Kyle Anzalone we discussed some of the basic history and then focused on the current conflict and dynamics at play. Kyle mentioned that the phrase used about the Palestinians is that they "never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity." When you listen to summaries of the history by Ben Shapiro, he breaks down multiple times that the state of Israel has tried to give the Palestinians their own state, and they turned it down. I asked Scott to answer these claims, and other claims made about the history of the formation of the nation-state of Israel. The truth that Scott reveals is that the Israeli government is not exhausting all options for peace, but rather enforcing the status quo to preserve their hegemony. Listen to the full episode to get an in-depth breakdown of these different stages in the history of Israel and Gaza.

In this episode, Kerry Baldwin of Mere Liberty and Reformed Libertarians Podcast, fellow LCI/Christians for Liberty Network contributor joins the show. This is a conversation we had about the the overturning of Roe vs Wade, and what the Christian Libertarian and Anarchist positions are on abortion and enforcement of abortion and other matters.
