Motivation is a myth and a cheap trick of the mind to get temporary dopamine towards a goal you want to achieve, but it never lasts and does not get us to where we want to be in life.

The key to creativity is: divergent thinking.
divergent thinking = asking questions = creates novel ideas (by applying your own wisdom)
Apply inquiry/questioning to a narrow niche topic of your own interest that grasps your curiosity, this allows you to enthusiastically apply your own wisdom, experience and insight towards unique questions to create novel ideas from the answers that you create from them, a principle to divergent thinking for new ideas to arise and be formulated is curiosity, personal curiosity of the topic not only is a catalyst for imagination but is also a precursor to the humility and empathy you need to not be judgemental or critical of the ideas that you create.

The secret to creativity is found within the divergent thinking method of human psychology. Asking inquiry/questions in relation to a narrow niche topic of your own interest that grasps your curiosity allows you to apply your own wisdom towards those unique questions to create new novel ideas from the answers that you create, a principle to divergent thinking for new ideas to arise and be formulated is curiosity, personal curiosity of the topic is also a precursor to the humility and empathy you need to have to not be judgemental of the ideas that you create, if you lack humility and empathy towards yourself and the creative process at hand it will likely lead you to shutting off your ability to formulate insightful ideas because you will become too judgemental.
Self-judgement kills the creative process because it criticises the innocence of your own imagination, it is a sign that you have not let the walls of your ego down or are too afraid to do so to discover something unique that exists upon outskirts of your own constructed identity, that the fear of judgement or any other self-limiting belief that has been internalised has frozen your capacity for self-expression, these things need to be avoided at all costs for creativity to arise from within.

Carl Jung's Individuation process has never been understood. I think video I will illustrate a pragmatic approach to understand how anyone can "individuate" by overcoming the hurdles of procrastination and fear.

In this video I talk about William Blake's poem: The Marriage of Heaven & Hell, his conception of morality, good, evil and opposites. I also relate his work to a paragraph // question from Dostoevsky's book: The Brothers Karamazov & Friedrich Nietzsche.

Is there a psychological paradox which describes the reason to why anxiety, stress, fear and other psychological complexes never leave the individuals psyche?
It is called the region-beta paradox, this is a phenomenon whereby a person will remain in a state of mild discomfort and act only when the state changes to one of intense discomfort (region-beta), in other words; it describes why an individual will conform to a comfortable and convenient lifestyle even when it doesn’t create a path which will fulfil their desires and goals of future human potential. That the “comfort” zone is just about comfortable enough to not push them into proactive action of change, evolution and transformation. This concludes us to say, that ultimately; the individual would be better of being in a more uncomfortable situation with their life as it would push them into stepping into the unknown and to change their life for the better by having no option but to make strict ‘yes’ or ‘no’ decision which will propel their life forward...
