Sense: A Cyberpunk Ghost Story - Part 1 Manager Spirit Exorcism (Elevator Puzzle Included)
32:12 is the elevator "puzzle" conclusion that I imagine will be giving most of the people trouble. I am highlighting this here because the puzzle is so damn counter-intuitive.
Anyway, we have the next horror game for the channel, coming out a little earlier than I would prefer (October), but we will still happily indulge. The game is somewhat like Tokyo Dark, but with a much stronger puzzle element to it and actual ghosts to flee and exorcise. You will need to beat the game 3 times to find everything, so this is merely the first of a few playthroughs to come. Sadly, there are a few rough spots here and there where things do not properly trigger, but we will see if we are able to achieve the first ending.
In this part, we find ourselves in the haunted apartment building and have to deal with the manager of the apartments who still resides here. Upon triggering him, we must flee until we find his anchor to the world, then assemble everything for the exorcism. After a family reunion where surely everyone is (un)living happily ever after, we are free to move onto the other spirits that still occupy the building. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=taU4zjqnDEo
I don't think it is possible to get this ending on a normal game, so we had to go through NG+ in order to get it. There is a lot of banter from Claude and then you get the CG you see in the thumbnail.

The calendar has finally aligned for us to find Umi, which will allow us to enter the Eco Club. In order to do so, we do need to buy a special track (#25) from Burn to get us entry into the Windmill. Enter the combination and then you can meet the local environment nuts. A scavenger hunt clue is in their headquarters, so we needed to visit anyway.
I give an attempt at the fishing contest here and settle for fishing in the desert (best money/yenom farming spot in the game). The contest is easily the worst minigame of the bunch, and hopefully you see why here. I don't have the time or patience to mess with something so heavily stacked against me, so a perfect game is outside the realm of possibility. Sadly, most of the minigames are like this, and the game really needed more playtesting before being released like this.
And the video wraps up with our trip into the Mushroom Forest, where we get to meet the residents there. New area does mean new animals, but in order to get more rocket parts, we are going to have to do a fairly elaborate puzzle. Something to look forward to in the coming videos, right?

Another Magnamalo mission because when the game first came out, this was spammed as much as Narwa was. I haven't gone online recently to see if everyone has moved onto Valstrax or what. Anyway, you know the drill, someone needs help and we are happy to oblige.

Quite a bit of scenes with one boss fight to go with it. We get to send out Claire, Sara, and Sharon, which is not as fun as it could be on paper. Anyway, with this one behind us, now I need to get back into the main game, so the diversion is going away until we need to make our next trip.

I honestly don't know why they waited so long to release this event. The dedicated players were HR long before this, and a lot of the new players may have thrown in the towel before this came out. It would be one thing if these things cycled like in console events in the past, but since they are permanent, I think the low rank stuff should have been given priority.
Anyway, for the stage of the game I am at, I have the firepower and durability to shred these. There is little that they can do, so they get mowed down, I get a few novelty carves, and I'm on my way. The only thing you can get here that may help is if Magnamalo drops a plate. I don't think Goss Harag has a rare drop in LR.

One of the safest dungeons to traverse is Cube's, but the rewards here are pretty lame. I was hoping that its weapon would help with the fact that only three of its moves scale, but the results are kind of mixed. People are saying that the moves may scale if you use them as items instead of skills, but I haven't had the chance to try it yet.
Anyway, the premise of this dungeon is to solve puzzles. There are no random battles at all here, so you can just look up a guide or figure out things through trial like I did. Just keep in mind that upon clearing it, a super boss will appear inside, so don't rush to return if you do this one first as you may need some help to bring the boss to heel.

There are no ranked games here. With the stupid event requiring 24 speedster games, I needed to grind out the remainder that I did not accumulate, meaning there are a LOT of Zeraora games I had to play. I picked some from the bunch for this video, but in the end, this was just so I could get my daily event crap, plus 500 tickets that I used to upgrade some items.

We return to an earlier point in time to make Sar Galious get what is coming to him. I think the mercenaries are obsolete from this point on, so we'll just use the heroes to save some time.

With the main storyline out of the way, we can now tackle the DLC chapter, which is the link between the games. A lot of familiar faces pop up, and since I am less than happy to see them, expect me to be more sarcastic than I was previously in the playthrough.
