Smoking a Bison Meatloaf on the Pit Pro Series 1100........Smoked the meat to internal temperature of 155, and the put some Blues Hog Sauce Smokey Mountain own it....and let it smoke for about another 10 minutes or so until the internal temp reached 165 degrees............should have used a lot more bread crumbs for the binder but it tasted unbelievable in the end.

Put Spiral Ham in Te Char-Giller 980
Smoked until internal temp reach 135 and put on a coat of glaze. Added another coat of glaze to the Ham about 5 minutes later.

BBQ Sauce Of Your Choosing
Put in Some Bell Peppers and Onions In Bottom Of Instant Pot Pan
Place Lamb Chops In
Pour In Some Beef Broth
Add The Rest of the Bell Peppers and Onions
Pour BBQ Sauce All Over the Top of the Lamb Chops
Put lid on and set for 25 minutes

Pit Boss - Chicken and Rice Casserole
A great dinner of chicken & rice for the family. Is a dinner the wife usually makes in the oven but decided to try it on the Pit Boss Pro Series 1100....the meal turned out great.
Each pan:
Diced Up Chicken Breasts
1 can of Cream Of Mushroom Soup
2 1/2 cups of rice
32 oz. of Chicken Broth
1/2 Stick Of Butter Sliced Up
Started at 300 degrees for 45 minutes
Cranked it up to 400 and let it go for another 10 minutes
Removed the top foil and let get some smoke for 10 minutes at 400
Pulled Off and let cool down.
And then ate dinner........really great quick meal you should give it a try.......
