I regret not buying this sooner- these $10 resistance bands are helping me get in shape. I needed to do more exercise. Right now I'm basically just walking twice a day and bouncing on my mini trampoline. Some days I'm very tired and don't feel like doing anything. However, on the days I have a lot of energy I need to exercise more to get in better shape. I have some weights, or I should say I have a dumbbell. I also have a chin-up bar that mocks me. I went online and looked for the least expensive resistance bands for exercising. I found one that was only $10 but it was for women. The maximum amount of resistance was 100 pounds. I did not foresee a future where I was going to be doing sets of 100 pounds. One thing I was worried about was buying an inexpensive set and having them break. Several of the people who bought this set said theirs broke. I began looking at very expensive sets and saw people complaining that their set also broke. I decided to try the least expensive set and see if I could use it to develop the exercise habit muscle which is the hardest muscle to develop. When the resistance bands arrived I attached them to my bathroom door. I am a big believer in adding habits to other habits that are well developed to help develop the new habit. I need every edge I can get. I am a world-class master at procrastination. So far it's working. It's only been a few days but I've used it repeatedly for a few minutes at a time each day. That was another thing, I didn't want to do an exercise program that would injure me or hurt me. I like the resistance bands because I feel there is less chance I will injure myself compared to lifting weights. Or even calisthenics. My only regret is that I did not buy this much earlier. I had seen Bob and Brad on the physical therapist YouTube videos recommend resistance bands for the last couple of years. I am going to leave the link for the ones I bought on Amazon however the price went up to $20 the day after I bought mine. However, I did some research on Amazon and found other sellers selling what looked like identical sets of exercise bands for 10 or $11. If I needed to buy another set I would locate a manufacturer that was selling a set that looked like the one I bought and just buy the one that had the best price.
