The Universal Constant of Water and the Origins of the Metric System (Fehmi Krasniqi interview 3)
In this 3rd interview in a series of programs exploring the mind and revolutionary discoveries of Fehmi Krasniqi, the journey continues into the origins of the metric system, and how the Egyptians (not the french enlightenment thinkers) discovered this system which sits at the heart of our concepts of space-time in every domain of science. Water will play a surprising role in this important revolution.
What logic underlies today's Great Reset agenda and why is it doomed to fail? In this Rising Tide Foundation presentation, Cynthia Chung will explore the systemic fallacies underlying the technocratic system of government outlined in HG Wells' infamous 1939 «The World Brain» and its modern expression in Davos' celebrity priest Yuval Noah Harari's philosophy. What evidence of soul, purpose, design and truth do these misanthropes reject and why will this denial of reality ultimately prove their undoing?

In this lecture, historian and author Gerald Therrien introduces the turbulent world of 1787-1804 which shaped (and was in turn shaped by) the Haitian Revolution establishing the world’s second republic.
This was a world shaped by battles within America itself between opposing factions of Americans who read the newly established Constitution from diametrically opposing worldviews. These faction fights saw anarchistically minded followers of Thomas Jefferson attempt to pull America into European intrigue and promote the rights of slave owners to their human property vs patriots led by Alexander Hamilton who strove to establish the young nation’s economic sovereignty and constitutional mandate tied to the unalienable rights of all man regardless of skin color.
It was a world shaped by oligarchical manipulations that turned the hopes of the French revolution into a Jacobin bloodbath and unleashed divide-to-conquer wars across the world.
It was a world that saw an uprising in a small slave-dominated plantation economy led by the great revolutionary Toussaint Louverture who single-handedly outflanked all three major empires of Europe (French, Spanish and British) struggling to control the Americas which ultimately led to the establishment of the Haitian Republic in 1803.
Therrien discusses how Louverture’s multi-level fight led directly into an exasperated Napoleon’s decision to sell Louisiana to the Americans in 1803, and how British operations in Canada were forever shaped by these actions.
This lecture also reviews the little-known British-directed plot to break up the United States with the early 1803 secessionist plot led by Aaron Burr and the “Essex Junto” which strove to unite the U.S. “free” states with the Canadian provinces.
Without understanding these dynamics then it is impossible to comprehend such things as the murder of Louverture-ally Alexander Hamilton at the hands of Aaron Burr in 1804 or the nature of America’s (and Haiti’s) evolution over the next 200 years.

A new system will emerge from the ashes of the collapse of the trans-Atlantic bubble economy that was itself created in the early 1970s over the dead bodies of anti-Malthusian western leaders like John F Kennedy, RFK and Martin Luther King Jr. What will the new system look like and whom will it serve? Will the new set of values be premised on authentic moral principles and improving the means of production by creating abundance or will it be based upon the reduction of population and lowering of culture, intelligence and "human impact" upon the environment as many oligarchists managing the World Economic Forum, Wall Street and London desire?
In this keynote address delivered in Basel Switzerland and hosted by the Kernpunkte Magazine, Matt Ehret sheds light on the two opposing paradigms of world systems now pulling humanity into two very different futures and introduces the historic clash of open vs closed system thinking as it shaped all universal history and our present crisis.
Where one system (closed) is wired to bring in a technocratic feudalism under "Stakeholder Capitalism" and premises its existence on the assumption of entropy, the other system (open) is based upon an uplifting of the human condition. while rejecting the assumption of universal entropy. And while the closed system paradigm proposes to use technological power only to enslave/control the population on behalf of a master class, the healthier open system paradigm proposes to use technology to service the needs of people and sovereign nation states.
Although proponents of both opposing doctrines use similar words (including but not limited to "multipolar", "cooperation", "sustainability", etc) the physical principles, designs, concepts, and intentions animating those words represent two very different cosmologies.
If you don't know how to think about this difference of open vs closed systems, or if you believe China and/or Russia are participants in the depopulation agenda known as the Great Reset, then watch this lecture.

Is China's expansion into Africa just another colonial debt trap which western geopoliticians claim, or are there practical and moral benefits which aim to uplift, liberate and enoble this long-abused continent? In this 5th presentation which occured in the Rising Tide Foundation-sponsored seminar "The Art of Peace: The New Silk Road Counters an Age of Turbulence", Nicholas Jones (dancer with La Grande Ballet de Montreal, Instructor with Anno's Africa and Artistic Adviser to the Rising Tide Foundation), takes you through the explosive rate of development which has occurred over only 2 generations in China and how this model is re-shaping the lives and hopes of a new generation of Africans.

During this Rising Tide Foundation lecture, the history of Artificial Intelligence's growth is examined from the 19th century to the present as the questions are posed:
1) Is it truly possible to replicate the full spectrum of human mentation with "machine learning" as is popularly presumed today?
2) What are the positives roles for computer learning going into the future while at the same time remain aware of the profound failures of A.I. to deal with certain fundamental qualities of language and mental activity more generally with a focus on paradox formation, metaphor and irony?
3) Why is Artificial Intelligence only plausible to the degree that people are trained to artificially think like machines via purely symbolic deductive/inductive forms of logic?
4) What is it about the human mind that absolutely distinguishes our species from all infinite forms of machines on the one side and monkeys on the other side?
These questions and more will be addressed by Dr. Jonathan Tennenbaum in the following lecture.

In this episode of Spotlight on Africa on Station KPFK in California, Matt Ehret was invited to answer the question: Is China (and Russia) acting like imperialists in regard to their Africa and Middle East policies or are they being slandered by a desperate western Malthusian oligarchy who are afraid to lose their claim to a one world bankers dictatorship? By the time you finish this program you will have a solid idea of China's actual policies, concrete projects that it has built and the nature of open vs closed systems as they have shaped the past 2000+ years of world history.

Today's age of imperial geopolitics has made it difficult for many people to appreciate the cooperative traditions in history that gave rise to the great discoveries and progress of humanity's experience. From the ancient Silk Road uniting the east with the west in trade and cultural exchange for hundreds of years to the 7-9th century alliance of Christian, Jewish, Muslim civilisations, history has proven that humanity is much more than a Hobbesian animal- perpetually prejudiced to others, intolerant to differences and greedily "looking out for number one".
Although this mis-anthropic view of human nature has been carefully amplified by generations of imperial gatekeepers of history, philosophy, anthropology and sociology, the fact is that it is no more true than the theory that the earth is flat.
Both theories (ie: "flat earth" and "Hobbesian beast-man") both have the effect of crippling the powers of creative reason in the minds of its adherents, undermining the maturation of conscience in the hearts of its believers and has kept humanity chained to sets of ideas that act as self-regulating barriers between our "material selves" on the one side and our higher potentials for discovery and self improvement on the other. "Stay within your limited field of activity" says the master to its slaves, "and never dream of venturing too far outside your proscribed limits".
In this Rising Tide Foundation lecture, Matthew Ehret introduces the story of the little known Turkic kingdom of Khazaria which converted to Judaism in the mid 8th century and which served as a keystone of the Tang Dynasty's Silk Road revival as well as intermediary between the beautiful ecumenical alliance of the Abbasid Dynasty's great Caliph Haroun al Rashid and the Carolingian Dynasty's leader Charlemagne.
Within this class, the question is treated: how and why did this civilisation and broader ecumenical story get scrubbed out of history? How did the Venetian empire and other vestiges of the corrupt Roman Empire reorganise itself after Rome's collapse and successfully undermine this peace of faiths by unleashing years of Crusades, Mongol invasions, inquisitions while simultaneously engineering a new bankers' dictatorship after the 13th century that became a dominant force of evil in the world? How did such artists as Shakespeare, Christopher Marlowe and Schiller expose this side of the empire within their works in later years?
This lecture is part of a larger ongoing series entitled "The Renaissance Principle in Universal History" and follows the previous week's lecture "Life at the End of an Empire: St Augustine's Fight to Save Platonic Chistianity" available here:

On Sunday April 28, 2019, a symposium was held in Montreal Canada dealing with the unified growth of cultural optimism and beautiful art and real economic development as it is being manifested today with the New Silk Road in Asia, Africa and beyond.
Cynthia Chung, co-founder of the Rising Tide Foundation, focuses on the importance of art in both shaping great civilizations of the past and the future alike. The history of African Renaissance civilizations of Ancient Egypt, the Kingdom of Kush and the Yoruba people of Nigeria and Benin are discussed, and a light is shed on what beautiful role Africa can be expected to play in the future if freed from its economic constraints. This unleashing of renaissance potential is something which the New Silk Road intends to do.
