Married to my amazing wife going on 8 years in June. We have two kids (boy 4 and girl 2.5). Grew up on Long Island, New York in a small town named Bayville. (typical kid stuff 90s/2000s. Went to boarding school at 16 to play baseball. Played college baseball and 2 years of independent baseball (minor league, not affiliated with any MLB teams). After that, I coached college baseball for 4 years (hitting coach, and recruiting). Joined the Army in 2016 (at 28 years old) - left active duty in 2022, spent my whole career in 1st Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. In the same company and platoon the whole time. Last 6 months in the Army I interned at West Point in their Center of Enhanced Performance. First job out of the Army, I was a high performance coach for high level executives, athletes, ect. Currently, I am a stay at home dad for my two kids and am working part time as a guide at an Acton Academy with middle school aged kids. I am one of the first Apogee Certified Coaches. I am building a local men's group for men who want to be better fathers and husbands. I am also launching my own coaching company focused on high performing fathers, people who want to perform better in their given field, and want unshakeable confidence.
