The roof at the shop leaks, I was out there moving buckets around and trying to locate leaks. It's a couple years later now and I'm still messing with that roof, but this was the ride back home that day. Sorry the music isn't louder, holding the phone on the dash muffles it a bit.
Both the dash warning lights are related to the ABS pump going bad, the pump flipped out shortly after I bought this truck.
This is a basic fudge recipe, I believe it's from an old Betty Crocker cookbook. Fairly easy and inexpensive to make, unless you like nuts in it, then it can get a bit costly. I like to add walnuts to it when I make it.
I found this recipe on Ellie Krieger's website, this stuff turned out quite well, and was at least as good the next day.
When I made this again 2 days ago I realized I should prep everything before I start browning the meat, I seem to fall behind on cutting up the beets, carrots, and cabbage while the onions and garlic saute in the pot. I realized this after of course, as I probably will next time also.
Here is where you can find this recipe, and many others. https://www.elliekrieger.com/recipe/russian-beef-vegetable-soup-borscht/
