At the time the recordings were made, the freehold owners of the shop were Mr, Gareth Brimley Edwards and his sister Mr. Jane Anne John. Neither has ever shown any empathy, or concern, for the horrific noises that were recorded coming from behind their shop. The horrific noises were of young children, crying, screaming, and begging for help. I invited them both to give their point of view and they both refused. I asked Mrs. John if I could place acoustic sonar in the basement of her shop to locate the noises and she refused. Mrs. John or Mr. Edwards have never offered any help in getting to the source of those horrific noises. Both have gone out of their ways to mislead people. Their version of events has changed many times, but they started by stating that the noises were nothing more than background noises. At one point, over 100, mostly unjustified complaints, were sent to YouTube I think they were an attempt to close the channel. We appealed most of the complaints, many were groundless. One was a ‘privacy’ complaint When we checked the video, no one is mentioned in the video, it was a recording of a young child stating they wanted to get dressed. As the recording went on the young child can be heard asking three times. Each time the child seems more anxious. That particular recording has received many complaints over the years, I am sure there is something in that recording that I have missed. Another video that has received a lot of complaints, contains a recording. In the recording, a lady clearly in distress can be heard saying Why Gareth why, the babies died. To me she sounds like she has just witnessed something really horrible and the shock of what had happened has not yet sunk in. Mr. Edwards states that he did complain about my videos on YouTube, but only if I had named him. In a later email Mr. Edwards stated he had never complained about any of my videos. Mr. Edwards and Mrs. John leased the shop to a Vietnamese woman, Ms. Trang Thanh Tran. Ms. Tran was convicted together with her partner, Mr. Quang Lam, for their parts in 15 illicit drug factories, spread across Wales. Mr. Griffiths has waged a campaign against our investigation for over four years. He has left at least 150 comments on various social media sites that were untrue. We have proved him wrong in various videos that we have posted. Mr. Griffiths has been phoning people trying to defame my character, he tells many lies, including telling people that I am the paedophile Mr. Alan Delaney. Mr. Griffiths appears to have made a TikTok channel that hides behind a fake identity, but publishes exactly the same lies as Mr. Griffiths. So why do all of them show no empathy or concern for those horrific noises? Why do they all go out of their way to convince people that the horrific noises are just background noises? I think their actions are very suspicious, I think that they all know the true cause of those horrific noises. The next bit is a compilation of the horrific noises for anyone who has not heard them. @ammanfordscreams This is the reason part two of our documentary Simon G and The Ammanford Screams was put back. Simon made numerous allegations about me being a criminal and released photos of me on the web. He encouraged people to “hound me” and was also recorded saying “I hope someone gets to you soon” I think that the comments Simon made amount to serious crimes. I also know that the Police have covered this matter up since day one and if I reported the crimes it would not go anywhere. Simon made the mistake of phoning one of my supporters and telling her things that he would have known were lies when he told her. That supporter tried to bring a private prosecution against Simon for malicious communication. The Judge said that the supporters actions were “akin to entrapment” among other things and refused to issue a warrant. It raises the question of how the supporter can be accused of being close to entrapment when it was Simon that phoned her. The Judge is supposed to consider the merits of the application, in my opinion the Judge tried the case when he dismissed the application by stating that Simon did not know what he was saying was untrue when he said it. Part 2 plays for you what Simon was telling people in his phone calls. It details of the application to have him charged and also what the Judge stated when he refused the warrant.
