How fitting it was that my last video featured King Superman from last September since I ran into him Friday afternoon while going out to get some footage of Downtown Indy on the rebound during the NCAA basketball tournament. Even Priest Michael was back on the street proclaiming his usual disgust and hatred of white people, a sure sign that the city is getting somewhat back to normal. I didn't get as much footage as I would have liked, and some of my best interviews, discussions, and catching up with old friends were caught off camera, but this is the first video I've uploaded on YouTube in a while containing footage only a couple days old. A guy yelling at me to do a kickflip is what led to all the hanging out. I challenged him to do a handplant wallride, but he declined. He did have some skills, none of which were captured on video. I only have a glimpse of him failing at the end of the video before giving up and going back to drinking. There's also some bonus material after the credits featuring the return of Kyle Shorter who was missing/not missing from the streets the last several months.
