The first blockbuster of the year is about to go into full release with Dune Part 2 and the projections have it not just topping the originals numbers, but easily becoming the most profitable outing of director Denis Villeneuve's career. To be fair, it's not a lot of great competition on his resume, but let that not take away from how well received this film has been. Presales and projections have it flirting with $700 Million when it's all said and done and could go higher if it has the legs the first one did. But this is being produced from Warner Bros, the dumbest studio in the business. Before it's opening weekend, WB announced that you will not have to wait long if you don't want to turn out to the theatre for this film. It will be available to you in a few short weeks, targeting a Spring release on MAX. Why would you kneecap your biggest movie of the year like that? Adriana Kuch self deleted just a few weeks ahead of her 15th Birthday after she was beat up at school, Central Regional High School in Berkeley Township, New Jersey. She was jumped by 4 "students" and beat with a water bottle until she blacked out. Her father, Michael, had to collect her and file a police report because the school chose to do nothing. Footage of the incident had to be recovered from a third party. Bullying had been rampant and the school new about it, now they have blood on their hands.
