All purpose flour 480 g
Honey 1 Tbsp
Active dry yeast 1/2 Tsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Warm water 100 ml
Warm milk 200 ml
Butter 60 g
===== Recipe =====
Warm water, sugar, yeast into bowl and let activate yeast for about 5 minutes.
Put flour, salt into a large bowl and pour yeast mixture. Add butter.
Mix until all dough come together.
Knead by hand until smooth surface.
Cover dough and keep to warm place(I keep inside of oven. just turn on the light)
Let rise until double in size about 50-60 minutes.
Stretch the dough.
Divide the dough 2 pieces & roll it.
Let it rise until double in size.
After 30-40 minutes.
Preheat oven for 180°C or 375°F.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Preheat oven for 210°C or 410°F.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.

-Flour 50 g
-Sugar 90 g
-Corn starch 25 g
-lemon juice 25 g
-6 eggs
-Milk 250 ml
===== Recipe =====
Prepare line the baking sheet to pan.
Coat some oil or butter and dust some powder sugar.
Keep in fridge until using.
Crack the eggs and make it separate egg whites and yolks.
Keep egg whites in fridge until using.
Place the cheese and milk into pot & heat it up until malting cheese.
Mix well the cheese mixture, pour the bowl and set aside.(let it cool)
Make Flour & corn starch into fine powder.
Add egg yolk into the cheese mixture one for once and mix well.
Add sugar,lemon juice & flour and mix well.
Set aside until using.
Take out egg whites from the fridge & beat it.
Add remaining sugar and mix well until well formed.
Add 2-3 scoops of egg white into cheese mixture and mix well.
Add cheese mixture and white combine together.
Do not over mix. Just like fold under the bottom.
Place the baking pan.
Preheat oven for 160°C or 320°F.
Bake for about 20 minutes with hot bath.
Pour the hot water into baking sheet and put baking pan on that.
Reduce the heat to 140°C or 284°F.
Bake for another 35-40 minutes.

Here is another beautiful yellow brioche recipe for bread lover.
Made double batch this time so I can enjoy as much as I want.
Outside is so crispy, inside is rich buttery flavor. When I toasted this brioche slice, It was almost croissant or danish pastry.
