The main one I found out is standing light kick, back + medium punch, standing light punch then you can do crouching medium kick or walk in standing medium punch. Then at any point between light kick/back + medium punch you can go for a grab. LK, B+MP, LP and MP are all plus/advantage on block. I realized how to use dashes. Get in crouching medium kick range. Get the opponent to whiff (they will by trying to keep you out) Some buttons can't be whiff punished as easily so use their recovery to dash in for a grab or a pressure/hit confirm attempt. ex cannon drill / v trigger drill vs projectiles. Mix up your jump approaches: Jump fierce punch, jump medium punch, variating strengths of dive kicks, jump light kick, ex dive kick, jump heavy kick.
