Refund Tech Support Scammer | Tries to steal passwords and installs keylogger | (929) 200-9396
After half a year of no scambaits on this channel, I present to you a scambait under the new category of tech support scammers called the 'Refund Scam.' How it works basically is a scammer will send you a text message or call you claiming to either have a refund for tech support services you've been scammed from before OR claiming that they are shutting down their services and giving out refunds. They will then get connected to your computer and will lie and about various issues on your computer that aren't actually there and try to steal your bank account or other personal details.
Since the guy that was going to do a video didn't respond I did a twitter pole and Q&A won! Someone gave me the idea to do it live so I am. I'll be sitting here for an hour or so answering and questions you all have about me or SPS.

In this video we call a scammer known as "The Phone Support" when the scammer answered the call, she said my name insinuating that I have called before. This company has some form of relation to Maxware Soft and Safeapzz soft as well. Once the scammer was connected and the call began, she used this shitware program from Safeapzz that gave fake results on everything. She ran the "Scan" on it and it showed that I had 221 junk files when in reality, when she opened the temp folder, I only had 17, and when she deleted them, the remaining 2 that wouldn't delete she said that these were the spywares on my computer. When in reality, they are still junk files, but they were open in Windows Explorer and that's why it wouldn't delete. She also lied about stopped services, saying that the stopped services needed to be removed from the computer. This of course, is false. Those services are needed, however, they all don't need to be running, They run when they are needed to run and don't run when they aren't. After all this she wanted to charge me $599.99 for issues I don't have and services I don't need.
Special Thanks to ScammerRevolts for the fake pop-up.

In this video we call an IRS Scammer that claimed (even though the info given to them was fake) that I had an arrest warrant and money owed to the IRS from a period of 2012 (When wasn't even of age to pay taxes) to 2017. Please keep in mind that, the IRS will NEVER CALL YOU AND DEMAND PAYMENT. They will also, never say they are going to arrest you over the phone. The IRS will always send statements in the mail. With tax season right around the corner, don't fall for scams like this. Same goes for robocalls that claim you owe money to the IRS.

This scam company went into regedit and tried to tell me that a normal not set value was because of "suspicious activity" He also said that the critical error in event viewer was caused by a "Third party application trying to hack my computer", when really it was a kernel-power error, because I forced shutdown the VM.
He also wanted me to make a payment under an un-secure website for problems that don't exist.

This scammer was a very interesting scammer for sure, He claimed that the reason the pop-up came up was to warn me about all the events in event viewer. This is completely false and nothing short of a lie. The pop-up came from mis-spelling a website and the events in event viewer are completely normal events and have no infections. He was going to try to charge me $79 for software that probably isn't legit and that I didn't need at all. The "Technician" did no real scans to check anything or perform any legit actions. Once confronted, he hung up like a coward. Go Figure. I ended up calling back and speaking to the manager who didn't give his name because he knows what crime he is committing.
