This scammer was a scammer sent into me via the Report a Scammer Forum. This scammer lied about the Events in Event Viewer calling them "Corrupted Files" when they are normal errors and logs, He went into msinfo and lied about the stopped services and drivers. Then at the end he hung up like a coward and "left for the day"

This scam was submitted via the report a scammer form and thanks whoever sent this one in! Also Credit to Lewis's Tech for the fake syskey. As soon as this company answered the phone I knew that this is a cold call company and was very under trained in scamming. He went into CMD and ran the tree command then once the command finished he simply types and you can see him type "Koobface found" and he didn't even type "found" correctly so he does it a second time. Then he did his fake "scan" once again and claimed that 4569 viruses were on the computer and you can clearly see him type it out. After all this I tried grabbing his IP though a blaze link and succeeded and after some time he became very aggravated and decided to curse in hindi at me. Finally he tries to put sykey on and that doesn't go so well so he just ends explorer.

This scam company went into regedit and tried to tell me that a normal not set value was because of "suspicious activity" He also said that the critical error in event viewer was caused by a "Third party application trying to hack my computer", when really it was a kernel-power error, because I forced shutdown the VM.
He also wanted me to make a payment under an un-secure website for problems that don't exist.

This stupid scammer knew it was a "prank call" to waste his time and that he isn't "fool enough for our games." However, he is "fool enough" (his words exactly) to not realize I was downloading and deleting his files.
This type of scam is a cold call were scammers claim that your firewall has been breached however, there is no way some random company or even Microsoft themselves would be able to know if this was happening. It's all just a big scare tactic to get you to call the number so they can connect to your computer and steal your money and get you hooked on a fake tech support plan that means nothing and changes nothing in your computer.

This company is still scamming people, huge surprise I know. The first scam this scammer performed was she went into netstat and lied about the connections claiming that there are hackers trying to connect to my computer, which as we know is nothing short of a lie. She then claimed that I had a "Man in the Browser Attack" without performing any REAL scan to check this. She then went back to CMD and ran the ipconfig command and lied about "Current Connections" in the IPv4 section claiming that these were all the hackers trying to get inside my computer when really they are all the connections that are over my router. After this, she then wanted to charge me $299.99 for problems that don't exist and for issues that aren't there. After this I gave all my fake information and the billing manager asked for my credit card, then once he realized that he was being scam-baited he acted like he never wanted my card and hung up. I tried calling back, but as usual he was a coward and wouldn't come to the phone. However, I called back about 20 min later and spoke to one of the ladies that was connected to my VM and I really let her have it. (That part is explicit)

This company called me back and the stupid scammer wanted to "crash" my computer for wasting his time. Once he couldn't get connected he gave up, and tried to make me syskey my own computer. He isn't the brightest bulb in the pack.

In the last video, I mentioned that we would be going through a reform process to help inside of SPS get back on its feet. The last video was unlisted because we made a decision to go back to our old 'SPS Partner' system. However, we are calling it 'SPS Members' simply because it sounds better. With this entire situation finally getting past us we can get back to doing what we do best. (We still do have plans to follow what was said in the 'State of SPS' video.)
Applications are open until March so if your are interested in applying, you can do so here:
