After breaking the standard steering linkage i bough this GPM steering linkage, the supplied bolt was not very strong and has sheared off after only 2 runs. I was able to repair it in the field using some stainless steel bolts i have as spares, but i have now replaced it with a stronger high grade steel bolt.
The bolt is only M3 size and is really not big enough for the amount of stress its put under. It would have been better to use and M4 bolt or even 2 M4 bolts. I would not recommend buying this as an upgrade.

The servo is missing some teeth, also after the same session. I could hear it crunching a bit but i manage to make it last until the end. The shaft on the centre gears has snapped in 2. This is poor quality. Considering the servo saver is not hugely strong its quite disappointing for the servo to break like this. I am considering replacing it with a full aluminium case brushless servo around the 30-35KG range. Although i haven't decided what to go for yet. I would like to replace the gears and shaft in this one and sell it, but i cant find the replacement parts for it. Please put any new servo recommendations below. I would like one with strong steel gears, full metal case and preferably brushless motor.
