He talks about his intentional shift in language around the Bible and how he has encouraged preachers and pastors to adopt a more person-centered approach to preaching. He also emphasizes the importance of application-oriented teaching and how contextualizing a passage with the person behind it makes it easier to find the tension point and the application point. Andy also discusses the distinction between believing and following, explaining that while salvation by faith alone is important, it should not be the sole focus of Christian theology.
