So let's say for some reason you could only take three supplements or vitamins. Maybe you can only afford those three or just didn't want to be taking a lot of pills each morning. Whatever reason you wanted to know which three you should take. What's the most bang for your buck? What are the most important ones?
I made this Youtube video to answer those questions. So what are the three best supplements to take?
1. Vitamin D3: I beat this like a dead horse on my channel all the time. You really only get it from the sun and guess what....The Sun doesn't answer to you. So supplementation is crucial especially during the winter months and if you have an indoor job you work during the day. Both scenarios spell disaster if you aren't supplementing with vitamin D.
2. Fish Oil: Another strong emphasis of my channel, Omega-3:Omega-6 fatty acid ratio. Long story short a bad ratio (too much Omega-6) means major inflammation in the body. Inflammation that eventually leads to chronic disease. Our western diets are full of vegetable oils filled with Omega-6 fatty acids. Boost you Omega-3 with fish oil and reduce vegetable oil consumption.
3. Zinc: Zinc is highly involved with your body's mechanisms for immunity and it works in tandem with Vitamin D. Studies show massive reduction is virus type sicknesses when heavy doses of vitamin D and Zinc are taken. Zinc is also beneficial for muscle growth, maintenance and testosterone production. But why does it make it to #3 on my list. Our bodies don't store it. We need to get it from food or supplement sources every day to maintain high levels.
Now there are plenty of other vitamins that we need to be supplementing with and these are honorable mention
Calcium- For those 55 and older
B12- For those eating a vegan diet
B vitamins: Energy in General
Creatine: Muscle Building, cognitive function, maintaining lean muscle mass

Yes ladies and gentlemen you are in fact being CONNED! The food industry is almost completely controlled by 10 companies. These companies mass produce processed foods that are killing our nation! Our Health Care costs have skyrocketed since the introduction of processed foods!
In this video I talk about one brand in particular, Hidden Valley Ranch. The marketing is prestine! Green lush fields that your great grandparents must have lived on! Who wouldn't be attracted to such brilliant marketing??
Sadly many Americans are deceived into thinking this food is actually healthy and they consume it on a regular basis not knowing the damaging effects on their bodies and down the line on their future offspring.
If this food label was honest it would have warning labels all over it, saying toxic in moderate doses, proceed with caution, chemicals used. The picture would show scientists holding test tubes and in the background giant machinery that exists in no kitchen. Unfortunately food companies are the farthest thing from honest and they need pushback! Thats what I am here for! To pushback and push for better, more natural, real food. Food our bodies were actually designed for! Food that will keep you happy and healthy long into your elder years and still playing with your grandkids!
Avoid Hidden Valley Ranch as much as possible. It can be eaten sparingly. but should be a once in a while kind of food!

Hello There! This is my first video recorded in Tampa, Fl and where else would I be but shirtless and poolside!? It's been a crazy week thus far of getting our apartment up and running has been a challenge! However, I have still been squeezing in my workouts and staying active while supplementing with the most important supplement: Vitamin D.
Yes through all the turmoil and trepid pace of the last month I have kept taking Vitamin D every single day! Why am I so dedicated to taking this supplement? The SCIENCE! I have rarely seen a vitamin so well studied and documented that has such a major impact on our health!
If there is one thing you can't control, especially in Florida, it's the SUN! and thats where we get a vast majority of our Vitamin D!
Don't let the SUN dictate how much vitamin D you get each day! Get proactive and start taking it every single day and you won't regret it.
My friend used to get sick constantly, once he started taking Vitamin D consistently he never looked back and he is now rarely sick.
It's so cheap and so easy to take! You would be foolish not too take advantage of an easy health hack such as this one!
Don't forget to stay active! Keep trying new activities until you stumble upon one you like. It's out there, TRUST ME!

I recently Discovered a new sports drink called prime hydration. I wanted to know if it was better than Gatorade, Powerade or other drinks on the market. After looking at the ingredients, I am not very impressed. It is only 10% coconut water. And the number one ingredient is filtered water. It does come with some added vitamins and minerals, similar to body armor. But it is likely that these vitamins and minerals will be of synthetic nature and will not be very bio available for absorption. You can actually buy regular coconut water for about a dollar. The vitamins and minerals in coconut water will be more bioavailable, since they naturally come with the coconut water, which will be 100% coconut water instead of only 10%. I see no reason why I wouldn’t just buy regular coconut water instead of prime hydration.
