It's come to this. The time has come at last. Lan heads forward and confronts Dr. Regal. He activates SoulServer and that causes everyone to be linked. If NebulaGrey gets added, it's going to make things much worse. With evil, it's causing everyone to be hateful and drive them to destroy each other. So Lan and Mega head inside the SoulServer Computer. As he does so, he gets confronted by Nebula Navis who trap him with dark flames. BlizzardMan. ShadeMan. CloudMan. CosmoMan. Just as Mega is going to be consumed, his many allies come in to aid. Protoman. Magnetman. GutsMan. Roll. Glyde. They're here to help us. Now this gives Lan and Mega clear way to reach NebulaGray. Regal reveals how it was created and how the DarkChips were even formed. He then says that no matter what they do, NebulaGray will never die. It'll keep on living through the hate of humanity. NebulaGray is a tough final boss. It has 2000 HP and the only way to damage it is the small blue flame that moves about. You will need powerful chips if youa re going to have any chance of survival. Don't take my word for it. It took me four tries to take him down. Having MarkCannons will help because you can be able to stun it then counter with powerful attacks. This will take many tries but I promise you that it's not pretty. He has a lot of fire based attacks and can summon a Dark Mega to use Dark attacks. Not pretty I know but not impossible either but he will go down. With Nebula Grey defeated, Regal is determined to stop us. Even if he corrupts Mega Man with Dark Power. But it's then that they hear their grandfather Dr. Tadashii Hikari. He says that the two are linked so they decide to ink up together. By doing this, Megaman is able to purge the Darkness as Hub. But even with that, Nebula Gray refuses to die easily and tries to consume Megaman. Colonel comes in to hold off NebulaGray but his weapon won't fire. But suddenly everyone who has ever encountered Megaman offer their strength to give Mega the power needed to destroy Nebula Gray once and for all. SoulServer starts to collapse. It's then that Lan meets Baryl, Colonel's operator and Supreme Commander of Netopia's Network Corps. In the Stream anime as well as the movie, he was a soldier from Netopia in the past. He also owned Colonel, a powerful Navi. He mostly sent Colonel to assist Lan and his friends against Slur and the Asteroid Navis until the end. But anyway, Baryl tells Lan and the others to escape because the destruction of SoulServer has caused the volcano to erupt. They escape but then Lan's dad confronted Regal. He says that Wily had hope despite his evil intentions. Regal calls it rubbish. Yuichiro asks Regal to come with him but not before passing out. Regal, realizing it, tries to return back to his evil ways. But someone reactivates and overloads SoulServer causing Regal to go nuts. It's Wily. 3 Days later, Chaud announced that the group has been disbanded but then they announced that someone new is joining SciLab. It's Dr. Regal. Surprisingly, he seems normal. Lan notices something's off but he's assured everything is fine. Thus Battle Network 5 comes to a close. But my work isn't done. Far from it in fact. In Part 19, time we head further. You take him on in Okinawa but not before accepting the request first. But anyway the Reaper is as you expect in a game like Persona 5 Strikers. Sadly you do NOT have Izanami-no-Okami Picaro. You have to rely on the Personas you have to win the fight. I recommend having a team of Joker, Skull, Fox and Wolf. My only advice for you is simple: give it everything you have because the Reaper will not play around. He will unleash hell like never before and trust me, I'm lucky to deal with that. You also have to be over Lv75 because Reaper will wipe you out if you are careless. It's a long fight but it's not difficult. Beating the Reaper completes the last request needed and once you meet Lavenza, you'll get a reward... and the fact that she also kind of confesses her feelings to Joker.
